  • Hey gang another episode of fiberglass Friday.Today I'll demo how I drill bolt holes ,trim the glass and sand to finish.

    I always found the idea of fibreglassing to be daunting for some reason

      It certainly can be , I was hesitant in the beginning .After time it becomes very natural.

    Just want to say thank you for doing these video , they are full of tips and information.. I’m working my way through them all .. this are priceless, a few years ago when I got started there was just no information on how to do molds.. thank you for taking the time to do these videos and sharing your knowledge!!!!!     Another great video! You did that pretty fast! I always use my multi tool to cut the glass. By the way I just got my 1st bucket of liquid latex from the engineering guy today! Thanks for that link! I got the molding latex it is by far the thickest latex I've ever seen! (Thats what she said)!!! Lol

      Lol,Yeah it's good and thick(the rubber),needs a good cure time as well.

    The dremel with the diamond blade seems to really cut good. I may give it a try. I have tried those abrasive wheels that come about 30 in a pack and they break so i never thought the diamond blade would do much better.

      Yeah ,diamond on the angle grinder and the dremel ,they're awesome.Years ago I used one of those cut off wheels on my grinder and it shattered and stuck a piece in my cheek .Never used one since for glass.
