This guy comes out with the most best entertaining videos ever.
I'm a former school teacher in Tennessee, USA, social distancing a couple of weeks b/c of the Coronavirus threat and binge watching one of my favorite channels, Kent Survival! I love your kind and gentle spirit and trying out all kinds of camping gear.
Thanks Phyllis, stay safe :)
"Its nice to have a bed thats also a source of tinder"
that is a sentence that has *never* screwed someone over in the past
Gummy Bread Yes, just ask Steve Marriott 🛏 🚬 😬.
Remarkable camp given the minimal gear. Superb resourcefulness.
Very successful experiment with minimal equipment and using available materials especially the moss.
Just to let you know, I don't think there's been one video that I haven't liked and I've watched a lot! Have fun, stay safe, stay warm.
Awe thank you you Brenda :D
It just goes to show how much work is necessary just to keep reasonably comfortable for an overnight-er in the wilds with limited equipment. The steak looked delicious and I bet tasted the same. For me the challenge you set yourself was a great success. I can't believe how negative and pernickety people are that makes you preempt their negativity and have to explain about the 5 items you set for yourself. Such is life, se la vive. Nice one.
We enjoy your show and love your 'calmness'. Best wishes from South Wales, peace out.
Another great video I love the spread of videos it's been suggesting of yours everything from last month to 3 or 4 years ago tons of entertainment. Thank you for sharing
Beautifull video . Beautifull comments . Un poète , Andy Kent . 🤗
Beautiful and juicy steak ... a peaceful night, only nature as a company ... congratulations brother! Hugs!
This is one of my favourite videos
Not sure how I got here , hate camping , hate cold , not keen on my own company either , Now binge watching , subscribed and cant get enough lol
After the amount of work you put in I'm going to remember this the next time I complain about having to change the sheets on the bed.
Awesome!!! My brother and I are going out in a few day but we are bringing everything lol. I had a stroke not long ago so I need easy living items.
Your videos are so relaxing and peaceful its 10.30 pm and l think its time for bed! Goodnight .
awesome... and not a trace that you were even there..

Great video Andy 👍. Nice challenge you set yourself 👍👍 awesome 😉

indeed.. I may reconsider some things in the future after this :)
Nice one Andy.....interesting to see the bed.
Thank you for sharing 👍😉 I’ve learned. a lot Enjoyed watching from Vienna, Austria
Hi Andy! Nice to see another video today! It's kind of a shame that you had to take down your other camp shelters, but it's always interesting to see you building a shelter/campsite for the night too - good bush crafting! I do like that, even after so many episodes of bush crafting, you still give good information for beginners about tarp setup, fire building, etc. Thanks again for sharing each week!!
The man is absolutely brilliant i just love is programs
Thank you very much Roy :) much appreciated
I really really enjoy your programmes thank you take care
'Less is more' apparently!? Top job Andy, I would have taken the same 5 items I reckon but christ I would have missed my beer!!! 👍 👍

Does it ever stop raining there?
It helps when u have a truck close by.

Cheers Chris! excellent.. I was on the A20 yesterday haha :p
I bet that steak tasted better than you'd get in any restaurant, anywhere on the face of the Earth.
Love the minimalism! Yet, just as nice a camp as ever. Great 'no trace' commitment. 😉🇨🇦
I absolutely love what you do. You always seem so happy and chirpy. Great content again.💪🏴🏴
I like your videos, I think you are funny. Keep it up.😁😁
You certainly know how to be self sufficient with minimal gear. Well done! Nice moss bed too!
Excellent video of quite a primitive but comfortable camp.
Amazing how little you can get away with. Thanks for all the great videos Andy.
In my experience those fire reflectors do help allot and reflect the heat back to you significantly better that nothing at all. Taller is better I find around 3-4 feet works well.
I like your intro music Andy, it feels like its the music of the #nature, #loneliness, #peace and the #wilderness.
fFreakin flippin Fantastic as usual Andy. Your take on life... is always nice to listen to.
another good one Andy thanks for bringing us along ,take care

Great video ! ! !
That steak looks fantastic
Fun video! Thank you.
Nice setup !
Great video
Great photography. First time I’ve seen steak cooking on hot coals, but result was mouth-watering! Enjoy your videos, your ingenuity, and sharing of beautiful nature surroundings.
lol lol Some people would say ewe that is dirty to put your meat on the hot coals But hot coals are the cleanest you could ever get! everything is very sanitized!!
It scrapes off. Easy peasy.
Always nice to have the truck 50 feet away.
If you wanna get some more supply or so..
That wouldn't be much of a challenge though would it haha, was actually a pretty comfortable night
Hello Andy I've been keeping up with what's been going on in the UK with the horrible weather situation
I've been touching base with all the other UA-camrs in the UK wishing them the best as I wish the best to you and your loved ones, and good on you for going out and making this video with all that stuff going on.
ATB MY FRIEND 👍🏾
“Odd little crunchy bit adds to it” LOL
I have never cooked steak when camping... direct on the coals? New to me! Brining steaks next time I head out!!
Nice one Andy, I've wanted to do something like this for ages. I've just got a permission and I have started building a lean to with a raised bed. I've used branches off the fallen pines to thatch the roof, no plastic used. I think it's good to test ourselves once and while, we have a lot of comforts these days.
Thanks for the advice previously on the Decathlon gear. I bought the cheaper set for my winter gear and it's fantastic, I just wish it wasn't so rustly, but that's a small price to pay to be warm and dry 👍
Loved the challenge! 💗
Bravo!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Amazing very talented watching these videos I think iv found a new hobby thanks
Now that’s bloody impressive mate.
Very humbling only having a few items at your disposal eh. Great work
Always glad to see one of your videos in my feed.
Brother what you just did is what we do in Maine US. Late spring and early fall. Nice
Good video, liked the raised bed with moss padding!.
Very meet person, you don’t make a mess while working.
Love your shows, Andy! And I appreciate the climate there - similar to where I live on Vancouver Island. Looking forward to the next one!
Nice one Andy, I liked the raised bed with the moss, Interesting content as usual sir :) ATB
Man!!! Just when I get used to Kent glamping you decide to go old school bushcraft! Nice vid! Be safe, and can't wait for the next one!
haha, gotta mix it up and keep you all guessing :p
fantastic stuff
I'm so glad I found your channel. I love your build videos. Thank you for sharing.
Really amazing
Very well done, Nice video as always. Thanks for sharing your experience 👍✌
Solid vid Andy
Great video Andy. The minimal kit thing would suit a ground oven cooking video I think and after your pork in burdock leaf one I was thinking about beef in horse radish leaves maybe with the root baked in with it too. If anyone can pull that off its you. 🤘
Great vid
Great video Andy - as always! Good to see you change things up.
Great job resurrecting that fire in the morning. Well done! 🔥
Thanks... yeah, there was a lot of heat still in them coals :)
Lol....we have the same ferro rod, its a great bit of kit "thumbs up" & subbed.
Nice video mate 👍
fair play to ya mate! good challenge and masterfully conquered. Might I suggest an "anything goes" 1/4ltr tub [or whatever size], which you can add what ever you want to, fishing hooks/line, kindling, general small items that'll be handy, etc...? Make the tub "one" of your items - gives a good show of what can be accomplished with a small storage, like those polymath shot shell storage keyrings. Might make it more interesting for you too! :)
