Hey i got the same problem with my 92 Bowtie Caprice.. and it is actually KILLING ME.... i installed new sparkplugs wire. but it still fucking does it. A fuel pump i guess it is the problem, since i brought the car from the people, the car was sleeping for 7 years before i brought it..

My 92 Caprice 5.7L was having the same problem. I was hoping it wasn't the fuel pump. Finally replaced the fuel pump and that did the trick.
I changed the fuel injectors and fuel filter and that did the trick for me
What were all the symptoms? I'm going through my 92 wagon shutting down and not starting .
Wires, cap and rotor, coil, icm. Have all been changed
might be the oxygen censor
