- In this video I compare the Shure SM57 with the Behringer SL75C.
As You can hear, with these two mics make usable acoustic guitar
sound...
I bought the Behringer to my 13 y old son, for his snare. I think the
Behringer is a good choice for this price. The sm57 perfect for live and studio!
Gear used in my video:
Behringer UMC404HD,
Canon G7 MarkII
Zoom LiveTrak L-8
Furch Blue OM CM
Jackal Soft boxes
Cakewalk by BandLab
Sony Vegas Pro Video Edit
This is how it's done. Very good comparison! Thank you!
You are welcome, thanks! ;)
"Together" sounded really interesting to me. Thanks for the video. Nice playing!
:) Yes, not a "bad" sound...
Lovely playing ❤
Thanks, I'm trying the best :)
Your video really helps me hear the difference between these two great mics👏🏻
Happy to hear that! :)
@@acousticguitarcaffeI've subscribed, success for the content and enthusiasm👏🏻
Picking is very dreamy on the behr but strumming is better and obviously louder on sm57. Sm57 is warmer.
the shure is little louder naturally i think and much more warm and natural. Behringer is decent, but loses a bit of definition to my ears!
Yes, I like the Shure, but the Behringer also a good mic for this money. :)
The 57 sounded better by a noticeable amount, but for 1/5 the cost, the 75 aint bad.
shure sounds brighter , crisper and More detail
yepp, or the behringer little darker :)
Üdv! Jobb annyival az 57-es mint amennyivel drágább?
Szia, hallod a különbséget... Az 57-es nem érzékeny ha fogod, színpad dobogás stb.
Hangra nem sokkal jobb sztem, hangszínezni lehet picit az SL-t.
Behringer használható, tök jó... Én pergőre vettem a fiamnak, arra is tökéletes.
@@acousticguitarcaffe Köszönöm a választ!
With little bit push from effects .. near the same .. do you thinks so ?
Hi! Near the same, the sl a bit darker, and more sensitive for stand and other noises, but usable with some eq, not a bad choice for this price... :)
@@acousticguitarcaffe hey brou, do you think the sl is the best microphone under 50 bucks? Or might I find a better one for that price?
@@ramsasesskorsalinas4528 hey, I dont know the other mics, I think this is a good one for this money...
@@acousticguitarcaffe thanks bro, I think I'm gonna get it haha
1:34 that’s quite a difference in terms of handling noise
Yes, the only main difference the handling noise. It's bad when I use the SL75 in a big stage. But this price, it's ok.
It almost seems like only the Behringer was on and the Shure was off during the tapping. Are you sure that wasn’t the case?
Can u share with me eq setting sir ?
Hi! As You can see on the video: NO EQ, No Effect on the recording... Straight to interface...
Many thanks...But whats your audio interface?
Hey, thanks: Behringer UMC404HD, I'm working with Cakewalk by Bandlab.
What song..? Thx
1. Shady Grove (Doc Watson) 2. Star of the County down 3. Boxer :)
