  • I've been following the construction of the Boone Greenway Skatepark for a while, and it's finally open to skate. Didn't pick the best time of day to visit, but still had a great session.

    I have been auto vinyl wrapping my cuffs for years and it holds up shocking well. After years of skating concrete parks the wear and tear is exactly the same. Unlimited color options and holds up better than any painted boot. Current set up is holographic carbon.

    Looks like a sick little park and a great session, minus the wet carving slam.

      It’s a great ride, but I will warn you there will be some squeaking on ledges. You could hear it on that back farv. Still, great for coping and transition

    Thanks for another nice Clip:)
    Since im back on Skates i cant stop wondering what Happend to the Foam padded helmets like they have Been built in the 90s ?
    I got a new one and was a Bit surprised that the Pads became very Thin and the Styropor plastic filling was Added. Is there a Logical more Secure reson they all starred doing this with their helmets ? Whats your opinion on it? I feel like the fitting was much better with the foam only Pads inside the helmets.

    I was looking at the balance distribution site. Noticed the prime frames at 290 only come in 3dp option for frame walls unlike the pro models or the shorter ones. Is there good a reason? Seems as if they wouldn't last as long or be as good as the injection molded ones...

    • @BacktoBlading
      @BacktoBlading  8 місяців тому +1

      We’re planning on making a mold for the 290mm but that’s a big investment. Printing gets frames on your feet now vs waiting for a mold.

      @@BacktoBlading That makes good sense. Thanks for the quick reply big guy. Nothing against 3dp at all . I do fdm 3dp myself.
