Would not recommend the "throw it away" move in a pony tail or if you have glasses. I went all out and lost my glasses and got hit in the forehead with my ponytail lol

Compared to the ones in 2022, this one is intimidating and, if I wanted to recommend it to acquaintances who don't yet do burpies or move as quickly, I couldn't. I thought walk dances were a way to get into the dances, but this one isn't inviting. Can you put a different one out?

how many calories are burned?
Everyone and everyone’s bodies are super different. We go from a standard of 100 calories burned/ 10 minutes of work though.
This is awesome! I have fibromyalgia, and fitness is so important to me. But some days, like today, something heavy and grueling is not in my cards. But this was such a lovely way to get a workout in! Going on my permanent rotating list!
