What length did you go out to to cut your circle?

It will depend on how much fabric you want to have on top of your ornament I left about 1 or 1,5 Inches extra.
      Hope this helps

I went to the link in the description and watched the video. I think I understand but I was really confused by how you determined how large to make your square. I hope I'm explaining correctly

@@beastinbows With your measuring tape, measure the perimeter of your ornament ball from the tip of the hanger until you get back to the starting point. Then add 1 or 2 Inches. That's the size of your main squared piece of fabric. Then fold it twice like shown in the video and follow the rest of the tutorial. Hope this helps.
There's no perfect way or measure here, someone might want more ruffle on top of less, It's completely up to you, how you like it. From here you can make countless variations to fit your style.
      hugs!

@@beastinbows I agree wish she would talk to explain. I see a measuring tape go all the way around.

@@deinashipley7968 I found the best square for a regular size ornament is a 10x10 fabric square and then when you fold it in quarters you do the round about thing measured at 5 inches. Hopefully that helps lol

Are you kidding me? Why you don’t make it even faster.? Ridiculously fast!!!

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience! I could make it faster indeed but I like it that way! Thank you for the suggestion anyway!
      Have a wonderful day! ☺
