  • Few in Western cultures have ever heard of IRU, but they have heard its other name. But what is it?
    Today I talk about IRU, it's origins, it's applications, what it smells like, and what it tastes like. Then I use some to make a butter for my scrambled egg and lion mane mushroom lunch.

    I grew up eating Iru so it doesn’t smell bad to me
