The SHOCKING Truth of the Star Wars Black Market - Forbidden Droids, Exotic Technology, Jamming Tech

- The black market, or the underground market is an illegal, underworld trading system where scoundrels, criminals and the galaxy’s most disgraceful citizens can purchase good that are not publicly sold or traded. Many highly prohibited and illegal products like forbidden droids, dangerous spices and incredibly exotic technologies could be found on the black market. So I’m going to breakdown the dark truth behind these black markets, and every single item you can buy on them.
Pretty much every civilised planet in the galaxy had their own dodgy and illegal black market of some kind, in order to meet the demand of the Galaxy’s criminal syndicates and spice dealers. In these markets, huge volumes of forbidden droids, spices, weapons and other restricted technologies could be found on the black market. On top of this, some less severe things like banned music and entertainment as well as pirated holo movies could also be found in the less underground black markets. On some deeply religious planets, even basic items like caffeine would only be available through black markets and illegal trading.
Planets like Corellia, Coruscant and Eriadu all had thriving black markets, where criminal syndicates could make incredible amounts of money.
In the darkest depths of the black market, things like Twi’Lek slave girls, hitmen, political intelligence and other deeply disturbing products could be purchased and traded, without question.
The major black markets of the galaxy were split up into three main categories and one even deeper market level, which the Republic may assassinate me for telling you about.
The first tier is the closest to being legal, and the most commonly accessed market. This level was known as the F tier. F tier items were items sold on the black market because a special fee or permit was required to buy them through legal methods. Things like high power ship engines, high tech armor, certain hunting blasters and hard to obtain licenses were traded on the F tier market and were very easy to transport around the galaxy, without patrolling republic or later imperial vessels causing trouble.
In the imperial era, items sold on this F tier were very commonly purchased by the Rebel alliance, because of course, anybody even just slightly suspected of being a rebel sympathizer would never be granted a license or permit for any weapon.
Following this, the next, deeper and darker level is called the R Tier or restricted tier. The items sold on the restricted tier included anything that was prohibited by local law, both in the time of the republic and the empire. These included prohibited blaster pistols, most blaster carbines, ship-mounted weaponry and any sort of blast charge. On the black market, these items could go for anywhere between the item’s original price, to over double, reserving this level to be used by only the dodgiest of citizens and low-live crime lords.
Next, the final level, which is the most disturbing and disgraceful level is the X-Tier. Goods traded in this tier were often highly prohibited by local planetary law, and galactic law. Some of the goods included on this level were of course spice, deathsticks and other products in that category, if you know what I mean, UA-cam won’t let me say the name. On top of this, you could also find exotic thermal detonators, clone trooper armor, stormtrooper armor and anti-empire propaganda materials. As for the services in this tier, you could likely find hitmen, damaging political information, forged documents, and exotic space travel technology.
Now below all of this, was a more disgraceful and horrific market, worse than even the black market. This market was known as the invisible market and contained the worst of the worst.
In this market, the most notable object to ever sold was the War Mask of General Grievous, which was obtained on Utapau after his death to Obi-Wan Kenobi. Rumours say it was purchased by Grand Admiral Thrawn because of his deep appreciation for art and culture, but nobody has been able to confirm this. Carbonite missiles sound fortifying!!! Think about it, you’re hit and suddenly your ship or Star fighter slides to a stop. Your thrusters are frozen in carbonite, but you don’t know that. You try to floor it several times and BOOM!!! Your thrusters blow up because there’s no where else for the heat to go... ok, ok, carbonite does melt at a fairly low temp, but still. You’ll be a sitting duck until then!

One dark night a slave trader and his buddies are drinking while Twi'lek slaves are either serving drinks or dancing. The Black Market dealers laugh and drink, oblivious to the dark figure in a shadow.
All of a sudden all weapons fly away from their owners and the guards of the room raise up into air, and then make an earsplitting crack into the wall.
The Black Market dealers jump scared and the slaves scream. Suddenly the shadowy figure steps into the light "Release the the slaves, promise they'll not be harmed, and stop your soulless lives in the Black Market. Then and only then will you live!"
The slave dealer looks to the shadowy figure and laughs "You showed some fancy magic and then threaten us?! Whoo! Get him..."
The shadowy figure stands still until they surround and then draws a Lightsaber, igniting a green blade. He decapitates the one on his right, drug dealer and then Force Pushes the rest back.
Everyone screams again and the slave dealer says "The Jedi are dead! This...this is impossible!" The shadowy figure laughs and turns off "I am no Jedi. I am a ghost from a long gone era!"
The shadowy figure walks to the Black Market dealers and slams his foot on the slave traders left leg "If you want to keep it, my demands will be met...this time without conflict!"
The slave trader gulps, looks to the severed head, and nods "We surrender and meet your demands. Now please...let us go." The "ghost" shakes his head and says "Release them. To their faces! NOW!"
The slave dealer calls the Twi'lek slaves over and releases them. The "Ghost" tells the Twi'lek to run and not look back.
After the women leave, so does their savior. He leaves one sage advice "No bounty hunters, assassin's, or mercenaries! Either after me or especially those women. Or I'll do far worse than tonight"

Why is clone trooper armor in the restricted tier? Was this because of their high degrees of protection & the fact that it was republic/empire property? Also what are exotic thermal detonators, how do they differ from normal detonators?
Exotic technology, so more powerful dets, or emp ones, and clone armor was also some of the most advanced technologies even by imperial standards, like the helmets had hud’s and different cameras
