Sonnet, all the projects are so beautiful. For the sugar bowl which you cleverly doctored up with a mold, might you want a few dabs of silver rub n buff on the new areas, to mimic the distressing on the rest?
What beautiful projects/flips you’ve done Sonnet, and the round clothes pins we call them dolly pegs over here, not sure if it’s because you can make dolls out of them, something that’s been around for a long time, my favourite are the frames with the birds in them, tfs x Julie 🇬🇧
Hi Sonnet. I love all of your makeovers. I especially love the box. I have one that I had started a makeover on several months ago and put aside because it wasn't turning out like I wanted. This is great inspiration to layer colors. 💗
Wow Sonnet, I love the paint treatment you did, that little box is beautiful ❤️. Love the way you transformed the pictures and frames they are stunning. I loved the idea for the close pins to. You are so awesome at everything 💘 God bless
SONNET, I LOOOVE YOUR WORK AND LEARN SO MUCH FROM YOU! I HAVE A HUGE FAVOR TO ASK, WHERE CAN I LEARN TO SET UP A BBOOTH SUCH AS YOURS? ANY INFO WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Hi Sonnet, so glad you saved the sugar & creamer set with the molds! I think if you painted the mold part with Weathered Wood by DIY, let dry. Then paint the White Swan over the entire sugar bowl, the distressing would bring out the detail in the mold to mimic the rest of the silver. Just a suggestion!
I love all your projects. I have a question on your heat gun. I just bought a cheap one at the home store figuring thats the one for crafts. I had to ask clerk where they were and he said the lowest price $27 was good for crafts. I was in a hurry and didnt read the box. When I got it home I realized the low setting was 1200 degrees and high was 1700?! That would burn my hands off? Water temps over 120 burn you? I did a double take and it did say degrees! I have a hair dryer but the blowing of that doesnt work for some crafts. I looked up your brand I see in the video. it does have lower temps but Id just like to find a recomendation. That is a good brand. Ive seen videos of some heat guns catching themelves on fire! If you could mention your heat gun sometime and the level or model number it would help me out a lot!

Yes, I thought the same thing, although it is still beautiful and creative as is

Loved the makeovers. Great video!
Fantastic! Good job! Only thing I thought of though was, maybe using a little dark wax on the repair parts on the creamer and sugar bowl?
I have recently found your channel and i am so happy i did! Such beautiful items you make
They all looked great. I would have done a quick dry brush on the moulds to highlight them.
The box was my fave.

Hey Retro whatever heat gun you use never point it at any body part. They are all super hot. I’ve had one for over 20 years and no issues with fire.
Excellent
What are your thought to burning the edges? I’m new to your channel. Thanks so much!
Off to the bins to find myself a rolling pin!
Sonnet, I have a question. Do you seal the box before the transfer or after. I could've missed it. Thank you.
I didn't catch if the Bird Ephemora decoupage paper is Roycycled or JRV?
In regards to your online store - how many sheets are in a package of roycyled decoupage paper?
I didn’t see you seal the sugar and creamer before you painted them. Is that correct?
Accent on the PHEM
Not sure if I love the birds or the cream and sugar.
I have to stop watching you thrift...it's too addicting! I've been thrifting 3 times this week! Now I've got to get to work transforming my hoard
Omgosh yes! I can totally understand where your coming from, now I have to clean up what I bought and what I will plan to create with!!! ❤️🤣
Not ka-BOSH.

It's Ef-EM-er-a.
Sorry, grammar and pronunciation Nazi here...
Oh, my god you spoilt SILVER.
They are silver plate and not worth anything. Sonnet also got them out of the Goodwill Bins which go to the garbage after that.
Sorry but I have to watch with the sound off. I'm a grammar person...
Rude

Yeah you're just trying to be rude. Otherwise you wouldn't need to even say anything.
If I can't afford to buy the DIY Paints & Big Top, can I use Chaulk Paint and Modpodge with the IOD Stamps & Transfers? 🫠
