    I recently had a spinal cord stimulator installed for my lumbar spine. However, I know it will not help arthritis pain So I'm hoping this video will help me. Get a little additional relief,thank you. I spent over twenty years of being a competitive lifter , a lift or a lift along with being a tradesman for twenty five years , and it destroyed my spine unfortunately.

    If I have to bend forward for having arthritis, why did I get a sudden sharp pain when I bent down to look for something?

      When you bend down (lumbar flexion), your back extensor muscles have to work to control how fast you go down, particularly in the midrange of the movement. Once you get all the way down, it's usually not so bad, but then coming back up from a forward bent position can also be difficult as the lumbar extensors have to lift you back up.
