all jim carey's movements are incredibly satisfying in this scene.. the way he walks of course is hilarious, but i love how he goes to the sink and takes a comb and smoothly flicks the liquid off, then combs once and sniffs it. then when he pops out the $50 and the guy takes it slowly.. such great precision

If you want to see a REAL ass kicking, watch Diamond vs Ronnie in The Player's Club. Those females went just as hard as two men fighting each other!(The fact that they were enemies off set too helped to add to how real their fight scene looks)

This movie is brilliant. My best friend and I saw the movie 3 times in the theaters and have quoted it back and forth since, even after all these years. So underrated and is the mastermind of Stiller with Carrey. Broderick delivers and epic performance, too. Just a shame that people couldn't look past it not being Carrey's traditional, slap-stick humor. Thanks for sharing the clip and all fans of the movie must get the BluRay version!

Cable Guy's skills at hand to hand combat are scary. Notice how he's just toying with Owen Wilson, fighting him like he's a Loony Toons character until Owen Wilson takes a swing at him. He reacts by punishing him with a vicious liver shot combo and then a knee to the ribs. Cable Guy is either a natural, or has some serious training.

This film is so great, at its core its a harsh criticism of television used as an electronic babysitter by parents. In the background in one scene you see Ren from Ren and Stimpy smashing a TV, it foreshadows the ending. And the whole film is building towards the courtroom climax in the background of the plot. I really like the climax of the film, it is so much more insightful than most other comedies. Also, Jim's performance is amazing.
Such an under rated film. Shame it wasn't that well received when it came out for being "darker" and not the typical goofy Carrey affair. Definitely one of my favourites of his.
