"My name is Dr. Armin Tehrany and I’m an assistant clinical professor of orthopedic surgery at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and I practice in my private office on Madison and 53rd Street.
Within orthopedic surgery I sub-specialize in minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and knee.
One of the things that makes me feel as though I can provide a differentiated level of care is the time I spend with my patients, and also the fact that after 15 years I have been able to understand not only how to help the patient in the shoulder and the knee, but also to help them psychologically and try to understand better what the fears are that they have.
My goal is for us to be able to make the patient really comfortable. From the moment they make the call to the moment they come in, I want them to know and feel that they are going to get an honest, detailed explanation of what their diagnosis is.
