- Ingredients
5 salmon fillets
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsps unsalted butter
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp creole seasoning
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp dried parsley
1 1/4 lemon pepper
Juice of one lemon
1 tbsp fresh parsley
Bake on 375 degrees for 20 minutes

The ONLY way i like to make my salmon filets!! So delicious 😋 I like to grill mine in a foil pack with butter 🧈 and sliced lemon 🍋 slices! I gotta have mine cooked all the way through. Dont like it medium.
I use dollar Generals brand of Cajun seasoning bc its not too spicy, i add salt, lemon juice then lemon pepper, salt, cajun seasoning, seafood seasoning, then da butter & lemon 😋 slices wrap up in foil and fold the sides upwards so juices stays in da foil & its ready for the grill takes about 12-14 mins. We always cook about 8 pcs bc we love leftovers for the next day for lunch...We pair bake potatoes and mix green salad for our sides...We love eating good like this at least once to twice a month. Salmon is expensive but publix has a sale every other week on Salmon for $6.98 a pld plus $1 off with reward coupon at checkout so its $5.98...Take advantage of fresh salmon. It's delivered every morning at 9am fresh! Never frozen. It sells out fast so go early or call in your order and then go pick it up. I place my order if I'm running behind on dinner plans. You cant bet fresh salmon. I gotta have mine without the skin...I don't like the slimy skin on the salmon. It is cheap and healthier for you but i can't handle it lol yes i have tried it once. And im knocking it 🤪...

Your parsley looked like the Curly type, not Italian. Never tried to cook with Curly parsley as was told it's only for decorating the plate. But it looks like a solid recipe. I've only baked fish when I have guests over (well sort of...usually I have a full house when I cook, but a super light turnout when it's fish..LOL) This recipe would be great for a super quick sautéed salmon.
I don’t see the measurements
My baked salmon didn't turn out so great. It had a funny taste...It believe it was the lemons. It was awful. Idk what I did wrong. I cooked like I would on the grill without the foil...Glass baking dish...seasonings and butter...It just turned out terrible. I wasted $50 bucks of salmon filets. Nobody liked it baked. So I'm going to stick with what I know is good 4 us.
If i can figure out what i did wrong maybe i can fix it and try it again 🤔! Your thoughts on what i did wrong with the recipe 🤔
Sometimes when you cook lemons for too long it can become bitter. I always add a fresh squeeze once it’s off a heat source.
I feel like pan fried always tastes better but I'll stick to the Cajun way,, no lemon
