Amazing work... I like this episode on the sub frame best. Thanks for sharing and great work keeping those '90's cars running good. I love the Japanese cars of the 80's and 90's.
04:27 hey man, its hard so see if you do it there, but pls be safe and allways wear eye protection while using any tipe of wirewheels, even the thick ones can shoot out at high speeds. while degreasing I like to wear some one time gloves, because the oils and fats from your skin can disturb the paint. So maybe it holds longer that way. After sanding I personally like to degrease the piece again, because even with blowing the dust away some can hide. For a subframe it probably will be perfectly fine. But maybe you are going to paint some other parts of your car in the future, there you want a nice glossy finish e.g. all suspension parts are going trough rough times, so if you got the money you could also consider powder coating them. It will last longer and will look nice longer. But it really depends on where you're going with this build. For me, if I put so much time in my project car (which I do) I really want it to last, and look nice in the process. So I went with powder coating myself. I really like the work you're doing, keep it on.
Thank you, I'm currently stuck building my truck, its nearly done. When that is finished I'm going to get back to the Nissan. Have a full set of Bilstein coilovers that I want to rebuild. I appreciate your 2 cents man!
Do you have a link where you got the upgraded bushings for the s14 subframe I have a s14 subframe with a g35 diff and an 89 240sx just lacking the adapter bushings.
They sell solid and polyurethane. I used polyurethane with hopes of eliminating some of the vibration noise. (I have an extra set of solid conversion bushings if you're interested) us.gktech.com/polyurethane-rear-subframe-conversion-bushes
Im in tbe middle of doing this. so it would probably be easier to just use the s14 subframe and put the s13 parts on? Just to make the job a bit easier.
@ChaneyOswell well a little update , trying to line up the subframe so I can hammer what ever areas I need. What a pain in the ass. I will attempt it some more tomorrow.

Thx for the positive feedback. Will be back to work on the 240 soon!

@@tee_diddly2914 Ah, we are far apart man. Im in South Florida. Website might be the way to go.
@@ChaneyOswell you still have those bushings?
Hey man, did you use s13 or s14 sway bar? Cheers
If I remember correctly I used S13 sway bar, it fit but I remember it being a bit of a stretch cause of the wider subframe.

Yes, that's the best way to go

@@JubeeHS13 It goes in, had to use a grinder just to nip off a piece of the subframe, very small adjustment.
What's the main benefit for having a S14 subframe over an S13?
why change s14 subframe?
i think all arms complete s14 too right
or use anti squad GKtech weld to s13 subframe
wtf is your workout routine dude?????
I mostly like bench pressing S14 subframes in and out of the 240, really lights up the shoulders.
