My grandfather served on the Warspite in 1941. Looks a tremendous kit. Thanks Bob for bringing it to our attention.

This looks a fantastic model the photo etch parts look very good I would love to see this made up its a nice ship ( good review) thanks Bob
The plastic deck that comes with the regular kit looks like all the plank ends are molded evenly not sure how else to word it. The end of every alternate plank across the deck is perfectly aligned, which doesn't seem to be 'genuine'. Not a huge game breaker, but other reviews of ship models tend to dwell on this so it got my attention.
This is a great kit to build, gave me hours of fun, however some of the photo etch is a little fiddly
Bob, I recently purchase this kit; I was puzzled regarding the instructions and the PE. The instructions don’t make it clear when to do the PE. Am I expected to know? Yes, I just restarted the modeling hobby and they didn’t have PE when I was a teenager. So I guess that makes me old.

Is the plastic quatily and details up to par to with the tamiya 2011 yamato? Interms of accuracy, well captured and presented?
How difficult would it be to convert this kit to the HMS Warspite's sister ship HMS Barham? Are the parts and decal sheets included with this kit suitable for such a conversion?
