When you're in the correct mode, you have to jab the throttle really quickly, otherwise the ECU gets confused (stock and otherwise). In short, please stop doing brake boost in comfort/normal and you have to add throttle like you mean it. This isn't intuitive but that's how VW/Audi does it. if you want better angles, the best idea is to put both gopros facing forward instead of gambling on who will be in front and not getting the shot.
RS3 vs 3.0 Supra annnnnnd go
Should’ve been done with the A3 and the s3 since they both share a ea888..
most people like me spring for the A3 and build it up to 290hp for 4k as well
Can we start getting some times from you that would make it even more interesting. Also, please use launch control as most would do.
Yeah S3’s tuned are no joke I was going to get one instead of my S5 cab.
B8 S5?
@@isflin9919 yeah it’s a B8 S5 Cab I’m stage 2 single pulley and still cant break into the 3’s 0-60. Will prob have to go dual pulley with upgraded cooling to do it. I know stage 1 S3’s can break into 3’s.
@@Magowin S3 has no top end if you are going ots. I'd suggest considering a 340i.less mods will make that far quicker and the interior on all the 3s are lacking from audi.
I didn't realize they had S5 taxis. 🚖
@@wbwayne8887 lol it’s short for Cabriolet.
Now put 4K into the RS3… no brainer
How much more are parts for a engine that’s in relatively few cars vs every second car on the road. Unless you like expensive bills… no brainer
the RS3 is 25K more new ya dummy.
“come on Audi” 😂
Do an infiniti G37 plz
What year is the rs3 ???
S3 all day long i have a full bolt on audi s3 stage 2 and im mirror to mirror with my buddies stock 2018 ttrs
Nice Races Sam !!
5:53 they guy changes into another guy...magic
S3 have haldex awd not quattro. I belive the rs3 are geared differently too.
My stage 1 makes 370 how’s does stage 2 only make 400?
Really need to sort out the camera situation
The guy in red: "Urggghhh common Audi!"
The camera: "You're both driving Audi" 😒
I own a s3 and want to hook it up . Can someone give me list of what I need in all for it
I said this in the chat but I'm sure it was lost. Going forward, please don't try to brake boost on VW/Audi cars in anything other than Sport/Dynamic mode. The only times RS3 lost is when it didn't build boost properly. It's a quick car (11.8-12.2) typically depending on weather conditions.
I agree you can't brake boost these cars specially with dct.
Can you do a 2018/2019 m550 vs the 2020/2021 M550. i want to see what the difference is in power since 2020/2021 has 70 extra horsepower/tourque
Both cars have the same 7speed dsg.
I have a tuned s3 and have never tried the launch control
Use the flappy paddles (M mode) 😉
What’s a more reliable engine over 10 years the 5 banger or 4 pop?
EA888 gen 3. 2.0T is the more reliable engine....it's beefed up in the S3
Thank you for jolya
As always, it'd the driver in the rs3.. he has a 90 year old reaction timing..he normally has the slowest times on the net..
5 cylinders and a dct... really can't beat that value, I'm just imaging if they ever put a manual back in
Rs needs like 1000rpm higher revs at start
7:08 just won because of this neck play
It boggles my mind why anyone would film these races in anything other than the sportiest settings.
yeah just show the S and M races who cares about economy modes
Idk, something just seems off about these tests. Different outcomes between drivers .
