After buying a wrecked Audi S3 8V for my friend Liam ive rebuilt it and then modified it. It looks amazing but now its time to increase the power and performance of it by installing Lamborghini parts!

Matt, to make these fit you need these:
TTRS 370x32mm with Rs5 brackets. The TTRS disks have the same hub size and the correct offset to fit. If you don’t run wheels that have a lot of room to fit BBK’s like OZ Ultralegerra’s/ATS Racelight’s etc etc most of the time you need to run it with spacers. My Pretoria’s didnt fit without 5mm spacers so I bought a set of Racelight wheels that did fit.
What generation rs5 brackets do you need could I use rs3 calipers and then ttrs discs?

Matt .. you need to run TTRS 8S brake rotors.. they have a 2.5mm offset difference to others. This allows the calliper to sit central ish.. the guid pins that the pads sit between foul and grind against the brake rotor causing irreparable damage… check all clearance before you drive. Also 19 alloy wheels are forgiving and you may need spacers or an alloy that gives you natural clearance this set up is renown for temp issues also. Make sure to run a good pad and rotor combo to try combat this.
could always delete the front fogs and port more air towards the brakes too

The front brakes do 70% of the braking the rear brakes only act as stabilisers for the rear end to stop it sliding around on its axis so it doesnt really Mater too much especially if you like the drift life.
hey mate , seems like you know a thing or two. I have an audi A5 b8 and im looking to do a similar job of upgrading my brakes, the car is on 19 inch audi rims , and has at least 10mm spacers. What should i go for ? any suggestions ?

I know you have done it but the Turbo elbow really should have been the first thing you did even before the new intake, Thats a good stage 2 number also without stressing the fuel pumps, the over run is a bit over the top though :)

I’ve learned so much just from watching your videos… I just installed a cold air intake on my A4 yesterday and you were a huge inspiration. Now only to figure out what I wanna do next 😅
tune it properly so the ECU knows there will rush more air into the engine so it can supply more fuel to it!

@@panchit0z its not more "speed", if you don't tune the rest of your car to adapt to the intake then it wont be using all of the air. No point in getting a new intake when your ECU isn't taking advantage of it
The itch for a bagged s3 saloon is so bad and after watching your build on this am currently debating one on eBay in black! Front end damage no airbags deployed tho! Big ups on the content your a proper legend!🙌💜

Nice work with those stonking calipers. You missed a trick whilst fitting the turbo elbow though. Turbo muffler delete. No performance gains (as such), just allows you to hear the turbo dump a little better without going down the BOV route. Might gain better airflow (as with the aftermarket elbow) due to the muffler having exhaust vents which are then closed up with a muffler delete kit. Easily accessible during elbow fitment and is 3 bolts (one hidden underneath but easy to access). Drop the pop and bang map though. 400bhp with a decat will do this naturally although not to that extent. Spoken from an MRC stage 2'ed S3 owner, Audi factory purple 😎 With no pop and bang map!

Matt, I feel your pain. I changed the condenser on my A3 8P and it was a total wanker of a job, your right its a stupid design took me hours because I didn't want to drain the coolant. One little bolt holding a bracket on for the condenser pipes was stopping me and to get to it the whole rad pack had to come off, got it in the end but dude I feel your pain on this one, totally stupid. Also I love a big brake kit looks great!

Hey Mat. The pads shouldn’t wear unevenly with the caliber being slightly off centre as long as the pistons don’t run out of travel as the pads wear down. If the pistons run out of travel then you’ll end up with with degraded performance because one bank of pistons won’t be able to push the pad onto the disc anymore.

The benefit of Silicon hoses isn’t to smooth out the airflow, they’re just more flexible than rubber and don’t degrade so they’ll last much longer without splitting.

Recently starting watching his videos and have to say that mostly impressed with his smile thru all the work. Have done a teeny tiny bit of work on my car, things been broken etc. and only takes like 15-20 min for the sailor talk to come out and no one is allowed to talk to me unless they are helping xD These are great videos tho!
Never watched the Audi clips till now, must say car looks good. Is that what you were in when you dropped in to Aston Martin? Definitely could of helped with fitting that intercooler to save some time. Don't know if you'll ever do another one but if you do can show you an easier way 😉.
I hope Matt sees this post.....I am thinking of upgrading my S3 (it is an 8p) Audi. I have a question that may seem stupid to some... in fact, maybe others here can help me./..... I want to get a manual that will help me strip and rebuild my Audi so I can get the internals forged however, I do not want to use Haynes. I need a manual like he seems to always use that has all the proper torque settings etc. I can take photos of what has been taken off and refer to those when rebuilding but I really need a manual that tells me what torque settings are on each bolt and pictures of what order things are done... eg head bolts for example. I am not in a hurry for it to be built so if it takes 6+ months on it then that's what happens. I am adamant I want to build this myself. It is my car not for selling when it is done but I want around 500-600 bhp. It is quick now but I am forging everything internally

I think you are missing the two screws under the headlights which go in the inside of the bumper and hold it back. You have to take out the wheelwells to get to the screws.... That would explain the bad gaps in the front.

You can get brake disks with a different offset to make them fit the calipers better.
Been watching a load of your videos all day today cos the gym is shut on a Sunday lol 😆 Binge watched the M4 playlist and Golf R , Gonna be getting the new shape 4 series Convertable next April making the switch from the C Class Cabby . So loved watching what you did with the older shape one. The cogs ⚙️ are already turning ideas wise 💡 🤔🙂
