The BEST Oatmeal Cookie You'll Ever Eat. Guaranteed to Melt in Your Mouth!

Warm, gooey oatmeal cookies, studded with chewy raisins and crunchy oats, melting in your mouth with every bite. The comforting aroma of cinnamon and vanilla fills the kitchen, creating an instant sense of cozy happiness.
Ingredients for 20-24 cookies:
285g unsalted butter, softened
225g white granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or some vanilla powder to taste
225g white all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
270g quick cooking oatmeal
some raisins to taste optional
nuts can be added as well - optional
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350F (~180C)
Cookies will be very soft right after baking, let them cool for 5-10 minutes before removing them to wire cooling rack.
