@@donkarnage6986 Not exactly, there are elements and tabs and different aspects that don't translate hence why I asked :) It's low-key weird why you're seemingly bothered by the fact that I asked a harmless question wanting help from a channel that gives guidance and help. But you do you man.
@@Doublesquad0708 But its the same game... same.. Maybe alittle diffrent UI, but same game... My newhew has it on consol and its the same... And Google would tell you what you need... For me this just seems alittle weird to ask that, when you can google your problem and hte base game is the same
Yeah they don't bring nearly the quality of staff that you can find yourself. Sure the graphs show that your coaches are top of the league but I find those very misleading, not even sure what exactly they are comparing - certainly doesn't feel like "stars" in training. I like to have quality staff and upgrade when I can, it really doesn't take that much time, especially once you are a good club and you are more or less just extending same guys for the next 5 years.
You need good staff at the top, so your technical director, sporting director etc. I usually take control of the top staffs recruitment/contract and the rest of the coaching, medical and scouting given to the staff
@@indianbossman606 makes absolutely no difference, I always bring in the best technical director, dof etc and leave the coaching staff to them, within 2 weeks I'm sacking everyone they brought in as they seem to bring in ones with 9s or 10s in the needed attributes. Happens on every save on every version of FM, I just assumed it was an ongoing bug and gave up delegating that in the end. Takes time doing it yourself but it's totally worth it
Always try to expand the technical staff and structures from the U23 (the only B team in Italy) and base a transfer market purely on young people with youth contracts, U23 players with their contracts expiring and transferable lists, and insert them in the first team after the age of 22, ten-year victories make sure, hello from Mister Pollicino, Italy
Don´t accept a too high transfer bid on one of your players because the game decides to break the leg on your player then to cancel the deal. I wasn´t surprised really since when it just happened now in my game i thought to myself "this deal will never go through". The usual bids on the player were well below and not even half that sum up until that 45 million bid came (adjusted bid after negotiation).
These videos are great but I’m sure the ps5 version doesn’t have half of the options that the pc version does. Any help and tips for the console version?

Untick that box on the penalty takers that allows a player who scored two to go for the hat trick. 👌🏻

Get the PC version as aways been a PC game and does not really work on console (I tried both) now only play on gaming PC.
My players are always tired and get sluggish despite doing quickness trainings. What could be the reason?
Too much fatty food, tell them to skip their regular McDonalds visits.
Nah i don´t know, hire better physics coaches?
I hate the training part with the schedule and replacing bad coaches with new ones.
