This G Major etude is just - wow - beautiful. I rank it among the most simply beautiful piano compositions - admittedly there are a lot of works in this category (the likes of Liszt's un sospiro and Liebestraum #3, Schubert's G-flat and B-flat impromptus, Brahms op118#2, Rach D major prelude and op.16#5, Chopin's A-flat prelude, some of Mendelssohn's songs w/o words). But this is one I've never heard before.
I agree. The left hand part in the middle section was kinda sloppy. And the part where both hands used octaves was not as dramatic as I hoped it would be.

Absolutely wonderful. Congratulations on a superbly musical performance.

Why didn't Liszt compose G major transcendental etude? 🤔
All of Liszt's transcendental etudes are in flat keys
Imagine being minor- This post was made by the major gang

Franz Christian Op.740 Etude 27 And 43, Czerny Is good Is my favorite composer.
Completely ruined the middle section
