  • Please join me for an easy going full body mobility and stretching routine, perfect for morning or evening movement. This session is ideal for those days when your body needs more rest (peri/menopause-friendly) or after another workout to help you recover faster and increase your range of motion. All you need is some space, and if you'd like, a mat for extra comfort!
    ✦Format: 40 sec work, 10 sec rest
    ✦Equipment: mat optional
    ✦Exercises include: leg swings, arm circles, corkscrew twist, achilles openers, down dog hip openers, lizard lunge w/ quad stretch option, hip adductor stretch, child pose flow, thread the needle, full body stretch
    Although strength is important as we age, mobility is a key component of physical health as well, so make sure to include regular stretching in your week and try to stay consistent with it. 😊
    Please remember to modify any exercises as needed, take longer breaks when you need to; in other words, make this your own workout.
