Just discovered you, Jeremy. The Wall Slide was the big game-changer for me. I sit at a computer 10 hours a day and do a lot of basic calisthetics. But had recently been experiencing an intermittent, but horrible mid-back pain that seemed to shoot straight through to my inner chest area. Very scary! I am a big fan of yours! I HAVE A REQUEST FOR YOU how about if you make a video on post workout stretches? That would be very good and helpful! Thank you!
I’m an athlete, I run year round, and Nordic ski as well as jiu-jitsu, my coaches always tell us how Important stretching really is, me being a young athlete it’s very important to start stretches at a younger age to get in the habit and make it easier, not stretching after longer runs will actually make you slower, this really helped the key points for me and you feel better after, as a runner my hamstrings are always tight and even my arms, this helped a lot
Your instruction is very thorough, and the graphics really enhance it, but without being distracting and intrusive. You've really settled into something that's working. Btw, love the new tattoo. Can't imagine you sitting still long enough for something that size. 👍
I'm 43 and I sit for hours a day. Tried the World's Greatest Stretch. IMO it is the most difficult stretch I've ever done but also super satisfying. Wow! From just 2 of your videos, I have found that I still have most of my mobility despite being out of shape and haven't practiced Karate in several years! Looks like I need to get stretching to ensure optimal mobility then get to strength training again. Thank you for your videos!

This is just pure medicine for the body. Beautiful.
Great content as always.
Thanks, this was simple but passed my mind to think about working on these stretches again. What you don't think is weak is what needs the most attention.
We have to do this before or after workout? Or anytime in the day
Animation & pointers are on a professional level ... Was following u from 1M ... Great to see ur progress 👌🏻
I am a big fan of yours! I HAVE A REQUEST FOR YOU how about if you make a video on post workout stretches? That would be very good and helpful! Thank you!
Love the new tattoo! Planning to work this into my morning routine
Thank you sir. As soon as I stood up after watching this video my mobility already felt much better and muscles loosened up and ready to do work
I’m an athlete, I run year round, and Nordic ski as well as jiu-jitsu, my coaches always tell us how Important stretching really is, me being a young athlete it’s very important to start stretches at a younger age to get in the habit and make it easier, not stretching after longer runs will actually make you slower, this really helped the key points for me and you feel better after, as a runner my hamstrings are always tight and even my arms, this helped a lot
Your instruction is very thorough, and the graphics really enhance it, but without being distracting and intrusive. You've really settled into something that's working. Btw, love the new tattoo. Can't imagine you sitting still long enough for something that size. 👍
Really great stuff! Even I, at an advanced age, can do / use this. Plus, this is a great demonstration. Thanks so much.
That first stretch solved the tension I was carrying in my back for about a month now. Thank you sir! Gonna be doing that every morning now.
Been 10 days you being consistent eh?
Jeremy you are my hope and chance after so many injury. I hope my thanks reaches you
Oh my God. I did this and I got so much relief I had not experienced in many years. I felt light and felt like my body opened inside. 🤯
I'm 43 and I sit for hours a day. Tried the World's Greatest Stretch. IMO it is the most difficult stretch I've ever done but also super satisfying. I've never heard of it until today and this is me commenting after trying it for the very first time. I stretch every day but after learning this I obviously need to up my stretching game.
This is so good! Thank you for this, Jeremy! I did feel my tight muscles loosen up during the first try!
I am from India and can confirm this fact even my 82 yrs old grandpa can do that deep squat.
Hey! Just found your channel and this is the first video I see of yours. I like the format a lot and how you explain the excercises and mark the details in each explanation. Something remarkable is that you explain concise and clearly the why and not only the how. I just hitted the subscribe button. Thanks a lot and go on buddy! I enojoyed and took advantage of this great material.
Wow! From just 2 of your videos, I have found that I still have most of my mobility despite being out of shape and haven't practiced Karate in several years! Looks like I need to get stretching to ensure optimal mobility then get to strength training again. Thank you for your videos!
Thank you for this! I'm trying to get back into working out after about ten years of not regularly exercising. This video is super helpful on the start of my workout journey!
Wow, very solid routine right here, I'll definitely add it to my rotation !
Your content is so user friendly and well designed, you're really changing people's lives with that! Thank you so much 🙌✨
I really appreciate the amount of thought and time that goes into producing a video like this. The verbal and visual communication is very clear. The quick guides are something everyone in this kind of space should be adding at this point. Thanks for being a leader in your field, Jeremy. You're not bad to look at either. 🙂
My ankle mobility was so bad for so long , it limited me in my squats , decreased my vertical and made life tougher for me , I promise to do this stretches everyday for a week and update for results.
results???
@@FURKAN-nf8fl I did them for a month but didnt see much improvement so I just did goblet squats and the exercise that he gave for the ankles just with weight in my hands instead of heel elevation, pretty good so far as I can now reach parallel in my squats
This is awesome. I’m a softball player and have really tight hips. I’ve been looking for something simple do do before bed every night to get my hips looser. I just did your routine, and I feel 1 million times better!
This is perfect timing. Thank you man!
Would love to see you analyze kettlebells if possible! See what exercises would me most beneficial in a performance aspect.
do you exercise at home?
solid
Actually, the entire Breathing and Life Force Mechanism is disabled in 99% of Physical Athlete.
Great routine! Really well explained and it's nice to have a very short one to do often. I always work on mobility so I'm pretty good, but doing it every day will help even more, you're so right.
Bro, these stretches are already improving my hip mobility in just a few days. I feel my knee pain subsiding and recovery getting faster from running/leg days.
With a cracking sound, the second stretch loosened my spine, and it felt wonderful!!
5:47 I did it every morning without knowing it's a mobility exercise 😂
I will wait 2 more years for 2,5 minute version 😂
Lol I realized the same thing
He just dropped a 3 min one lol
@@salehmohammad6212 no shit xD
Seriously, this is so annoying
1:52
2:43 #1. Cat Cow [60 seconds].
3:40 #2. World's greatest stretch [30 seconds per side].
5:21 #3. Asian Squat [30 seconds hold, 30 seconds rock side to side].
7:10 #4. Half Kneeling Thoracic Rotations [30 seconds].
8:35 #5. Wall slides [60 seconds].
This really helped my shoulder.
I think this is great I’m 60 and I’m still really flexible but it’s only because I keep active every single day bless your heart❤
Sounds great! Would there be a follow-along version of this soon? Would be super helpful!
yes love the follow along ones!
I put it at like 1/2 speed and kind of worked for timing each exercise lol
@@haasii haha smart move 😂
Excellent video Jeremy. Well explained, interesting and articulate. I'm definitely adding this routine to my day. This is the first video I watch from your channel. I've subscribed and am already a fan.
Excellent efforts and Excellent Video 👍👍🇵🇰
And here I thought my mobility is above average, but now that I tried these exercises I have lots of progress to make 😅 some great stuff here, thank you.
Basically teaching yoga poses I love it! Yoga poses are amazing for the back
Up until now I've seen most people recommend the reverse breathing pattern during cat cow - inhale during cow (extension) and exhale during cat (flexion). It would be nice to know your reasoning for reversing this, just curious.
Thank you!
I also have seen and practiced cow pose while inhaling and cat pose while exhaling.
Me too curious about this
Been practicing yoga for years and have always been cued in the reverse for the cat/cow, so I am also curious about whether there is truly a difference.
Great stretches. Can you do the same video but timed so you are doing the stretches simultaneously with us so we can follow along? Would use that at least weekly.
a follow along version with this routine would be great!
Great video: concise and effective!
Stumbled/searched for it on 14th May. Set morning reminder alarm. Have been procrastinating since then. Will start the practice today.
Hey J, this is amazing THANK YOU!! I’ve placed a recent focus on increased mobility, 10 min follow along each day and just came across your video. Super clear, concise, and love the modifications for those struggling & then progressions as we improve. My new daily. Cheers 🙏
