Hey everybody. I made this Salmon Sushi Bowl recipe and it was DELISH!!!!! I used "Cascadian Farms" organic frozen plain riced cauliflower to morph it into "fried rice" and it worked! The riced cauliflower had the same flavor as fried rice! What I loved: I LOVED THE mayo sauce. I did not have Japanese BBQ sauce, so I subbed in Trader Joe's Soyaki sauce and a tiny bit of sesame oil. I like heat, so I amped up the Sriracha. Yummy!!! I plated it just like the recipe, with the salmon on top of the bed of fried rice cauli and garnished with sliced avocado and drizzled mayo sauce. I am not a seaweed fan, so skipped that and instead I wedged 1/4 cup chopped cabbage into the side of the bowl for extra crunch and drizzled that with the mayo sauce too. What I didn't LOVE: I put too much soy sauce into the riced cauli and it was really salty. My bad. Word to the wise: Add soy sauce in slowly and taste as you go to get the right amount of salt. The recipe is definitely a keeper! And, incidentally, I could drizzle that mayo sauce on just about anything and be happy! Thanks for the recipe!
I sure will! Another video coming out next week….homemade meatballs with marinara served on a bed of ricotta with a side Caesar salad. And of course, the Caesar dressing is homemade 😀
I made the chicken and broccoli tonight. Cooked chicken ahead of time. Just before dinner I reheated chicken, made the sauce then steamed the broccoli. It was delicious. We loved the cheesy cream sauce with white wine. Thank you.
Those sound delicious. Another one of my favorites is you take a lb of jimmy dean sausage fry it up, take a package of tri colored cabbage put in with sausage with a bit of olive oil, add lemon pepper, salt pepper, cook until tender. It’s so delicious!

Made the Chicken and Broccoli recipe tonight and husband loved it! We'll be making it again. Very flavorful and easy to put together. We eat low-carb so this recipe fit perfectly into our plan.
Wow thank you Rene, I am a diabetic I have to watch my carbs because carbs turn into Sugar !! and I can’t thank you enough I gotta try all three thank you thank you thank you 👍👍❤️❤️
These all look appetizing Renee. Since my husbands retired he cooks, I'm very lucky. I'd love to surprise him and show him I haven't forgot how.. Thanks 😊.
I buy huge bag of riced cauliflower at Costco ( uh, maybe Sam’s). It comes with several individual packets to use as needed. I make a delicious fried rice, and I made a soup , adding chicken broth, Italian sausage and kale.
These recipes look mouth watering for sure. I did buy the Mission low Carb Tortillas and the cheese inserts. ( my god they are GOOD) I put some plant based meatballs cut up with sauce and heated it and it was great. The cheese inserts are fabulous. Thank you for receipes videos. In fact it's time to go in and try the Chicken. The cooking wine makes a hugh difference in flavor and I'm making the cheesy, wine, & cream sauce to pour over the chicken. I must go now Renee as your recipes make me salivate. Thank you so much for your time and effort. You bring us joy.
Have you tried crisping up the Mr. Tortilla in the shape of chips? I spray them with olive oil on both sides from my Misto(everyone on low carb needs one of these for olive or avocado oil) and a grind or two of salt. I cut them with my pizza wheel, then cook them up in the air fryer, turning once after two minutes or so, then one more minute of crisping and let them sit on a couple paper towels to cool. Enjoy with some cheese dip and a bit of salsa, or your guacomole in the portioned cups from Wholy Guacomole. They are great with a keto chili or in chicken tortiilla soup!
@@WelcomeToMyCurls The journey is kicking my butt but it is an incredible experience.
