Coming along with me as I do another "Rachel Review" this time on the NEW! Instant Pot - Omni Plus 10-in-1 Air Fryer Toaster Oven - Black/Stainless Steel as we put it to the test with several different functions. Silicone Mats→ 12in.x8in. but honestly you could go slightly moreso on both sides as you'll notice in the video still had space available. The exact ones I have are no longer on Amazon but any brand should work fine that you prefer. I personally am a huge fan of Silpat brand as I use and used these a ton with my culinary degree and personal experience.

I use silpat type mats (silicone baking mats) as drip mats that I put on the trays as an easier way to clean up quick,prevents sticking, and less waste avoiding tin foil or parchment. So more economical and saves money!
@@RachelCox hi miss Rachel. I just got this airfryer.great video.a few qestions..1)how do I get a 1/2 inch to 1 inch thick steak perfect rare and med. Rare. .2) where do I put the foil if there's drippings.im disabled and don't get out much so I have foil not a silicone mat..I just need to cook those 1/2-1 in. Steaks at rare and med rare,don't know how exactly to do the settings.

@@davidrodgers4760 My guess would be at 400°F for 8-10 minutes just depends on size and such but around that is my suggestion. As for foil just put on the tray underneath the steak basically whenever you'd put the silicone mats. Same concept. Hope that helps! 😊

Hi Rachel, not sure if you realize, but this is not the 18L. The 18L is the "PRO" not the plus in this video and its $299 at Target. I have this exact one and its the Instant "Omni Plus 10 in 1" . . I too got this same oven at Target on sale for $149 It is currently out of stock. Again, this is NOT the 18L. Hope that helps. LOVE the silicon mat idea! Definitely going to do that.

The ones I still use are the ones I recommended but if you wanted to go slightly bigger you could possibly. Hope that helps!
@@RachelCox Thanks I ordered them on Amazon. Have you notice the yellow tube looking thing that is in the back at the top, I noticed after using mine Omni once that there is brown marks on it. Is yours like that too? Honestly I didn't check before I used it so maybe it came like that. I am just a little OCD and like to keep things clean and the marks won't come off. :(
@@monicavalk2118 not sure I even noticed. Lol you don't want to see the state of mine right now...it needs a good deep clean as I daily use it multiple times along with all my other family members. 🤪
