Formosa Four Briefing

The "Formosa Four" is facing trespassing charges after protesting at Formosa Plastics' headquarters in Livingston, New Jersey. The activists - including our own executive director, Robin Schneider, and Petrochemical Organizer, Matthew Kennedy - took a bold stand against the environmental and human rights abuses perpetrated by the company. Thursday, a New Jersey judge denied a request to allow expert testimony on plastic pollution. The case is on hold while their attorney appeals the ruling to the New Jersey Superior Court Law Division.
