To get a certificate of qualification as an electrician, can I get it just submitting papers or do I need to go to Canada and take some exams and technical interviews? let’s say you were hired for a trade like carpenter, your contract says you are a carpenter and is a non mandatory certification trade (you do not need a certification to work in the trade), this counts as Canadian experience in category B?

If a person do masters in project management,will he able to get PNP(provincial nominee program)?

Coq and red seal are two different things.
You need coq for working in a province
And read seal is for interprovincial mobility

I also have a two year refrigeration and air conditioning mechanic program certificate in India. I have already done the IELTS test and scored a clb 9 (s-7, w-7, r-8, l-8.5). Hi bro.i am a Indian. I have 9 years experience in industrial sector. I am currently residing in singapore as a machinist. I completed 10th std on 2005, then i 2005 to 2008 i completed diploma ECE and still i have backlog but i completed the course and i have course completion certificate then I have experience without diploma or degree from 2008 to 2016. Then at 2016 i started my second diploma in mechanical for 3 years and then i completed my bachelor degree of 2years in singapore on 2021. Now after 5 years of qualifications i have 1 1/2 years experience as machinist.now I am planning to apply for red seal exam for machinist position. If i travel through visit visa and if i pass the red seal exam. Would i able to search job in Canada untill the visa get expire or else, i have to come to India after getting certificate of qualification.
