I recommend you state the date you're posting the video in the commentary.
I'm seeing this 2 yrs after the fact and things have changed... The travel times stated between Toronto to Oshawa and Hamilton are about half of actual times in 2023. Housing and rent prices stated are low compared to now.
I think you're making good picks, though.
INFORMATIVE AND INSPIRED..

Any idea about Belleville? Are their major industries in and around Belleville which make finding a job easy?
Thanks 🙂
Completely unrelated question, but I’d like to know which province is currently the best for teachers. Specifically looking at job opportunities.
Your advice would be highly appreciated.
Hi. Would like to know about rents not thinking buying
Any suggestions on Universities in Hamilton?
There are other important factors which should be considered as well: (Source Numbeo for crime rate & Google for insurance)
(higher crime rate is proportionate to higher car insurance prices)
Oshawa: Crime Rate - 52%, Car Insurance - ~1800 p.a.
Hamilton: Crime Rate - 53%, Car Insurance - ~1900 p.a.
Rest all 3 cities are minimum 2hours (to and fro) from Toronto which it too far
Thank you for your input.
I've lived in all 3 cities and Oshawa and Hamilton are safer than Toronto.
50 min to Hamilton you are considering perfect conditions. Good luck if there are any traffic problems.
Thanks for the info. Are there any HealthcareIT (HCIT) related jobs in Kitchener or Guelph?
Indeed & LinkedIn would be sources for that info
Which provience better to find technical job and related mechanical field and easliy get after compliation studies
great video, what about Oakville ?
please let me know your opinion
Very very expensive
Thank you for video. How about Sudbury?
Thanks
Finally someone with some sense. Southern Ontario has gone insane when it comes to cost. Sudbury is not a bad town, but I would favor Sault Ste Marie. The Finns and Russians seem to prefer the Sault as well and it is about 20% cheaper than Sudbury. Plus it's split by the US/Canada border which gives you a little more variety of stores than the normal Canadian monopolies.
Hi, i appreciate the amount of research and hardwork you out on these videos. Oshawa and kitchener which city has best schools for kids?? And can you mention the winters how long are they??
Very informative and helpful for new immigrants. Thank you :)

Hello..I just subscribed your channel... really nice information about the affordable towns arround Toronto 👍..I think, Kithenar is more preferably town for Software and IT related jobs...
Can you provide the information about the possibility of securing software and IT related jobs in Kitchener area for the COPR (Ontario province) person from India or he has to visit Ontario province and then need to try the jobs...
Although useful, you don't need to secure a job offer in Kitchener from your home country.
@@DreamCanada does Ontario PNP gives additional points when living in Kitchener or in rural areas near cities?
Make video on Cornwall

Thank you for your kind feedback Jiten; have a great day!
Sir, how about in North York area?.
do you have guidelines to move to Montreal as well , regarding renting ?
Rent is much more affordable in Montreal, but you need to get used to living among the french and the cold snowy winters, it's a good city with lots to offer but lots of road construction year after year is the worst part of it, it's a very diverse city with about 1.2 million people in all

@ Dream Canada, You did not Mention the City of Mississauga Ontario.
why canada? if you are anyway putting money for your education, better to do it in a european country. Canada has become extremely overrated now. Tooooo expensive for no reason.
