Good day, i sent an application from a company in canada thru email then after 5 months they sent me an email that they chose me for a job i applied, they sent me employment interview form,, after few days they sent a LMIA form and a form for application for temporary residency.. after sending those together with my international passport copy, they directed us to vfs for biometric procedures, for now i not yet undergo with it instead i just filled out it and not paying yet for biometrics.. i just want to ask if it is legit.??

If a company is selling lmia. They can ask as mush as they want

If hr is not answering the phone its likely fake. And if you got this offer without ielts, a few rounds of interviews, its definitely fake

Hi bro, thanks for sharing these vital information. I am a Chef & I am going to apply for a Lmia through one of my friend who had been working as a Canadian immigration consultant since last 5 years. According to him, the overall process shall be of 6-8 months & total cost will be 10,000 CAD. Initially I hv to invest 2000 CAD for Lmia application, After 3-4 months will receive the lmia. Then again hv to pay 1500 for next step. The balance amount will be deducted by the employer from my salary in installments. Does it sound good or u sense something fishy. Please reply🙏🙏
Iccrc does not allow the salary deduction methods. So I will be cautious in this situation.

LMIA is company and job specific
So you can only work with the specific company at the advised position for advised duration only

It does happen, but employer has to prove to govt that they can't hire a Canadian for the same position. The process is called lmia

If they are giving you the LMIA without any education, work and ielts verification from you then Its fake
