How much does it cost to get COQ apart from assessment fee ($235+hst)? For how many days, visit visa would be issued to come and give the exam?
If you applied for coq yourself
Then just the 235 plus exam fees. Around 150 to 200. Plus travel and lodging fees.
Visitor visa duration will depend on immigration officer
My occupation is not in redseal program. it is 22311(Electronics Service Technician) and I am overseas I asked to Manitoba , certified technician and technologist association of Manitoba. they said that they can only issue Certified Technician (provision) or Certified Engineering Technologist (Provision) the question is in order to claim 100 points in MNPN is this certificate valid and enough to get 100 points .

To apply under express entry system and have enough points to qualify, you need either a job offer or certificate of qualification

I studied in 2 years of HVAC diploma in Centennial College, Toronto,Ontario.
On December 2020 I got my "GAS TECHNICIAN 3" license from TSSA. Currently I'm living in Toronto and working in a HVAC company as a "Gas fitter apprentice ".
My "Gas Technician 3" license is counted as certificate of qualification or not?
Gas technician does not come under college of trades i believe. They fall under tssa.
And certificate of qualification is provided by college of trades. So answer is no

Hi Aman. Props on the video. I've been working as an Industrial Electrician for more than 10 years and I am planning on applying for FST. Do you know if it's possible to take a course about Canadian Electrical Code online without going to Canada in person?
The code exam you can take online
But for fast coq you have to come to Canada for final exam once your coq application is accepted.

Not possible, only option go Canada and write your exam for red seal after getting trade TEA approval 👍🏻
@@Zebicanadawala not all trades require you to come to Canada for coq exam. Some volunteer trade certificate get coq without the exam.

I am a Pakistani National and have done my graduation in International Relations with 3.70 GPA. I want your services, if you provide any for immigration process to Canada. What would you suggest, do I pursue a masters degree or should I apply for a trade school and pursue my career in a trade of Construction and carpenter. Meanwhile I also don't know what practicality my degree holds in Canada. If I do a masters, can I get an admission in Digital Marketing, business administration, etc? Or is the trade school path the best option for an easy immigration?

If i have a noc from trades say 72 group (i have 72023 as per latest noc, its railway supervisor). Can i still apply for Federal skilled workers program instead of Trades program? I think i can compete in CRS OF FSW without COQ.

Once the provincial authority approve your file to write exam, you can come on visitor visa to wrote exam.

is NOC code 7361 under FST...if yes then can you pleaselet me know what is the process of getting C of Q (as i am not being able to find the noc in the ontario website)
Noc 7361 is a part of skilled trades
But for coq it has to be governed as a trade by a provincial authority.
So if one of the province has such an authority, there is a chance for coq if you fulfil the COQ requirements.
If not the only way to be eligible under fst program is to get a job offer

Red seal is interprovincial mobility seal provided to only certain trades which allows the trades person to have license from one province and work in another
not all trades are red seal approved

Trade Equivalency certificate actually not the certificate of qualification, it’s only permission to write the red seal exam and after pass the red seal exam you will get the certificate of qualifications and this applicable for FST process
Overall not easy process until you go Canada and write the exam

Fst is a draw based system, if you qualify it can be as low as 3-4 months provided the govt does an fst draw

No. To be eligible for federal skilled trades program you need either a lmia job letter or a coq.
Since you have job offer with LMIA, you are eligible for fst.
However there are no fst draws happening, so what I suggest for your stay and pr in canda.
1. Make express entry profile
2. If your work permit is expiring, apply for a new work permit

I got Expression of internet to apply AINP and preparing application for that whenever I get approval I will get another 600 points for apply my federal skill trade entry. I already have profile on express entry. I had still almost 18 months work permit. Two months ago I came in Canada on LMIA work permit.
