  • CHOCOLATE MILK BREAD!
    Recipe yields, 2 loaves of bread (450gm bread pan)
    INGREDIENTS:
    540gm Bread Flour
    30gm Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    60gm Caster Sugar
    11gm Instant Yeast
    6gm Salt
    1 Large Egg
    240ml Full Cream Milk
    50gm Unsalted Butter
    80gm Dark Chocolate Chips
    BAKE (using Innofood KT-V88 Convection Oven):
    Bake in preheated oven @170c (Top+Bottom Heat + Convection mode) for 30-35 minutes.
    NOTES:
    1. If prefer sweeter bread, add more sugar (add 20-30gm caster sugar or substitute dark chocolate chips to semi sweet chocolate chips)
    2 You can opt to make them into small buns.
    3. Leftover bread store in airtight container up to 3 days.
