Neil Bullock- Drums. Bossa Nova inspired by Joe Morello.

This short video was created at my Latin/Jazz workshop at ACM London- Clapham campus.
The inspiration is Joe Morello’s playing on the Dave Brubeck cut Bossa Nova USA.

Mal Garrett (UK) Jim Chapin (USA) Joe Morello(USA). I would also like to acknowledge Joe’s’ star pupil Danny Gottleib for taking the time to practice and warm up with before a Blues Brothers show in B’ham England in 1991. I was playing in the support band- The Red Lemons.
RIP Jim and Joe Morello , truly one of the greatest drummers of all time and the inspiration for this video.
