@@RAWRMotorsports I let my doodlebug project go this spring for a YZ 250....which honestly was a good trade, it's just not as easy at 40 to throw a bike in a van n ride trails n throw back in van to get home as it was 20 years ago....the minis I could ride right on my street or at the oval track.... Do you have your flywheel jumped on timing any and are you running any fuel pump my dad use to build pulling tractors that rev out around 9k rpm he would have to use a fuel pump even jetting the carb would starve it I know I have one somewhere in the parts shed to get you a number thing was not much it's like 2 psi he would run it with a button on the bottom of the foot feed to in gage at fuel throttle
@@RAWRMotorsports it's a constant play to get them right I've got one I built 10 years ago it spend more time of the bike then on it loves valves get about 10 passes valves start to slap but it's around 32 hp and 58 fpt I could have bought a nice Indian for what I have in the motor

That frame is sick there my favorite frame ive had alot of minibikes and i regret selling my vox i got 3 vintage bikes now but will be getting another vox frame love that engine to i got alot of flatheads but no raptors i wish nice video

Gas was coming out of the intake after you shut it off. Your float is to high. or needle is not seating. Check your intake manifold seal, you could have an intake air leak.

You would need a huge compressor to spin at crankshaft speed to make boost .. turbos and superchargers both spin faster than the crankshaft at least 2x faster

How long do you get out of a cycle of oil? I figure every ride but about how long would you say? I’m torn between methanol and high octane which I know the methanol is better but not sure if I want to have to worry about changing it all the time
Also depends on engine , intake valve guide clearance tight or worn ? Pcv system would help , wide ring gaps ? Etc ... wbo2 would be key AF to run on the lean side ... but for a straight drag bike a-B the power gains are immeasurable...

If you RAWR Motorsports or someone can please give me some advice, I'm new to the mini bike life and I have a few stuff on order and I'm wondering what to expect and or if anyone has already done this.... so have a Mega Moto Classic 105cc frame with a newer Briggs 6.5 212cc with govern removed. I plan to run a simple clutch, chain and sprocket setup. I plan to use a Max Torque SS 19Tooth Clutch from OMB warehouse, a Mega Moto 40 Tooth Sprocket and new chain from monster scooter parts, and a stage 3 center exit header pipe from go power sports. if someone can please give me some in sight on if I have an ok gear ratio. Awesome vids you put out as well, I've watched them all at least a couple of few times lol.... also with the setup I mentioned, would I be better keeping it clutch or should I swap to something different, thanks a lot.. oh yeah, I'm running a 15in rear tire.

Proceeds to wear a pair of shorts and rubber boots that are gonna be laying on the road where he hits the pavement which will probably be a long way from where he stops his bareass barefoot slide if he does hit the pavement. I guess road rash from the waist down isn't as bad lol.

The best motor I have that I put thousands of miles on is a robin Subaru engine thousands of miles don't forget that not one drop of gas idles on its own always

I can't hardly keep the front end down because it keeps popping wheelies, and it just wants to keep going and going, I had to let off the throttle because seems like the back end gets a little loose going into turns. I'm not exactly sure why it's doing it, but I imagine it's because of the off road dirt tires, so I need to get some enduro tires for dirt street use. But man, that 225cc Tillotson Racing engine is no joke, it's simply BADASS!!!! Plus I had them replace the 22mm carb that comes with it with a 24mm Mikuni flat-slide carburetor, with these two together, and the Juggernaut torque converter, that engine is crazy!!! 😎👍

So, if you ever want a badass racing engine, then get the 225cc Tillotson racing engine, I promise you that you'll be very happy!😁👍 Tell them Roy Patterson sent you if you do decide to buy one, and Paul is the one who builds these engines, he did an amazing job hands-down!

Carb is not setup to idle on this one .. has an hl348 Tillotson carb .. if you set em up for idle it contaminates the oil with methanol

You need something more like 12 tooth clutch and a 60 tooth sprocket

You may not have been loosing fuel. Your air gap on your flywheel could be out a hair and it looses single. I’m sure you cleared it up by now.
