Welcome to my channel. My name is Phil Burt and I was the head physio at British Cycling and helped set up and run Team Sky. In that time we gained more than 30 Olympic gold medals, five Tour de France victories and more than 100 World Championship victories.
After working with the likes of Bradley Wiggins, Laura Trott and Chris Hoy I want to bring my expertise to you to help you reach your cycling goals.
If you have any questions please leave them in the comments and I will try to get back to you.
Or if you are interested in having a bike fit my details are below:

Saddle tilt is a big contributor to chafing. Surprised me how minor a change caused me some big problems
Useful and very timely info, thank you.
I have been trying to get comfortable in the saddle for nearly a year going back and forward to bike fitter. We have tried numerous different saddles, cut steerer, moved bars, saddle fore/aft/height/tilt.... i was fine until i got sore once, now i can't get rid of saddle pain on all my bikes for anything over an hour... i hope this video helps someone out there move just one thing to help!
So you say that people with wider hips should use those washers?
Do you recommend also people with narrow hips to us it as well?
Thanks in advance
Greetings from Germany
PS: I read your book, good work
