Gorgeous frame. Lovely welds. I have had 3 ti frames since 2018, and my current frame, a Knolly Tyaughton Ti, is superb. The nice thing is that scratches can be buffed/polished out.
Agree, so long as the frame has a threaded BB. I think with current bikes it might be for life since I cannot see how geo can be improved upon.@@StantonBikesUK
Amazing me packaging... Its also very good framework building performance Alhamdulillah... Allah bless YOU... Sister, i am form Bangladesh 🇧🇩 love your creative activities...
Adult video for sure :) Give them your money, they deserve it. I own a Switchback MK1 for 8 years and this is the most durable couple I've had so far! Cheers!!!
I love it. I can really appreciate how much artistry and manual labor goes into making one of these frames.
Thank you 🙏
The contrast is on a spiritual level.

That’s amazing! What vinyl/masking are you using that survives the media blasting?
I don't have a hardtail yet so I think I need one.
Amazing
Nice to watch these awesome handicraft! I also planing to do something similar to my frame. What was these green polishing or sanding tape?
It’s scotch brite 👊😁 thanks for the feedback and wishing you well, good luck on your project 🤜🤛
Amazing Ti work! What are the great abrasive pads you're using to buff the main frame with?
I am highly interested in splash-Anodizing if that's something you thought of doing!
For sure! Send us in some examples of what you’d like and we can organise it with you 😁👍
@@StantonBikesUK Sorry 😔 What I really meant is that I would like to see a video about splash-Anodizing from you guys 🙇🙈
@@zeref783 ok!
A thing beauty 😍 🤤
Thanks mate ☺️👍
Question! What was the oven for?
Baking powder and Cerakote, heating the frame for decal addition, these are the main uses 😁👍
What happen if you try to use this technique with an alloy or a steel frame ? does it work ? Thank you for sharing, nice job !
Hi Simon, this only works on Ti 😁👍
What is the green pad you are using the apply the brushed finish please
Scotch bright 😊
What kind of mask do you use for this?
Half face gas and particulate filters, the one in the video is a Moldex 😷
How did you prep the surface?
Degreaser then a Titanium etch solution
I hope you charge a lot for this
So what did you get your college degree in?
Her: Bicycle Stickers
Strange idea but have you heard of a butler finish? It's an irregular hand patterned metal treatment that seems like it would conceal marks well.
will have a look into this, thanks!
WOW
