    Dang Huss you done went and did it again, made me change my cook for game tonight. This is easier than my plans. I’m going to cook then cut’em up stick’em with them fancy toothpicks hold out my pinky and snack snack snack. Dem’ rich folks ain’t got nothing on us. Great job👍👍

    Tried it tonight. Big hit with the fam. Only difference was bone in (little longer to cook but not much). Oh, and the rain didn’t stop me. Thanks for the recipe. Good groceries for sure! Still looking for my honey pimp out here in the great state of taxachusetts.

    Happy Saturday, Huss! That sizzle and your drizzle was the shizzle for rizzle, my brizzle! I literally LOL'ed when you said, "I'll cut you!" to that pork chop. :D Yet again, you drop the knowledge and deliver the groceries. Delicious looking chops, buddy. I don't know where you get pork loin for $1.48/lb, but I am clearly living in the wrong part of the country... I could eat pork chops eight day a week, so I love the video. I'm just making the marinade now for some Tacos al Pastor tomorrow. Hope it turns out half as good as your chops!

    HH, good job Bro!! I like to cook my pork chops just to med-rare. Keeps them juicier and so much more flavor. I see no need to cook pork well done anymore.. (Not wild harvested pork though) (This is just my opinion & I've never had a problem). For something a little different, sprinkle a little Italian Seasoning on in addition to your basic seasoning.

    slap some strips chops on a warm tortilla, or with onions what ever? bell pepper and a little miracle whip even with mushrooms or salsa or garnish with lettuce, tomato's, onion, and miracle whip. what ever you like YUM i like strip pork chops with guacamole in a warm flour tortilla too> The list IS NEVER ENDING ! flour tortilla with port chops, bacon, beans ect ect ect

    Good job they look good hey try you a pork tenderloin marinated in your favorite hot sauce add brown sugar after you marinate put on smoker it make a good sandwich .🥪🥪🥪🥪

    with the flavor profile of the sauce, did you think about adding ginger and some lemon grass..would have been a great Vietnamese styled dish, especially with the sliced pork loin? I have done something similar with a bone-in pork chop. great job.

      I didn't have that thought really. I had made these a while back and wanted to video it. Didn't want too much Asian, the soy isn't really prevelant.
