Easy Pork Chop Dinner on the Blackstone 1901 Griddle

Recipe:
Chops: Get some thin sliced pork chops and marinade with your favorite seasoning for at least 30 minutes. On high heat add oil/butter to the griddle and cook pork chops for a minute or two on each side. Press on the chop with your finger and if it is tough it is done. Don't go more than 4 minutes.
Potatoes: Get a bag of the tri color baby potatoes and slice in small pieces. Add olive oil (3 Tbs), salt (2 Tsp), pepper (1 Tsp), garlic powder (1/2 Tsp), Oregano (1/2 Tsp), Oregano (1 Tbs), 1 Med Yellow onion rough chopped. Mix well. Cook on medium heat and cover with basting dome for at least 10 minutes stirring every 3-4 minutes.
Green Beans: 1 bag fresh green beans, sliced almonds. Cover with basting dome and steam for 5 minutes. Add salt pepper to taste. Toast almonds for 5 minutes and add at the end.

Big cat. Found you a couple of months ago. Made many of your dishes with excellent results. Thanks for making me look good. I wish you would have cut one of those chops open. I stay away from thin because of the reasons you mentioned. How did the green beans turn out? I’ve domed them on low towards the end. A little butter. No water. Steam makes them too mushy. Love your cooks.

Faaaaaantastic Mike. Love the colored potatoes the fresh green beans and those chops looked great. Got a funny story for ya. I threw 4 or 5 of these little chops on my Blackstone one time and I may have had a little bit to drink that day, I can't remember, but I flipped the chops a couple times got to doin something else and I forgot the chops. Needless to say they got a little (or a lot) over done. They weren't burnt but they would break if you bent them. They were fantastic. Tasted like really thick crispy bacon. So now when I get a package of them I do that on purpose to a few of them. Try it on one the next time you get a package of them. Have a great weekend brother 👍

The cover I use is from Expert grills for their gas grill. I'm assuming you mean that and not the flip down lid.
