Love smashed potatoes. Used to do them in a cast iron skillet until I got my BS. The first time I made them on said BS it was glorious and so much easier. I love the Parmesan Ranch seasoning on them.

I am now making Caramel- Dijon glazed pork steak, and using my Blackstone Adventurer, the smashed potato thingies you made ... but with cheddar cheese (wife dislikes Parm, but I am getting some on mine)!!! @@CJ_Frazier I would. Its annoying when I click on the recipe link and it says "oops something went wrong." For me, its easier to do the recipe from a book versus scrolling through my phone with crappy wifi signal. The videos make it visually appealing and fun to watch. Good helpful advice.. But when it's time for me to get cooking, I like to read the instructions several times as I go along to make sure I don't screw it up. I also have to modify the recipes because of a pepper allergy.
