When I saw the video title, I was hoping to see the appearance of the Dorset Naga Chili, although that is no whimsical feat for anyone; it is one of the hottest originating from the UK at just over 1 million SHU. I am sure you are well aware of my love of both seafood and Thai, so Thai spiced seafood really hits the spot. But why does everything have to be deep fried all the time? I am not averse to deep fried seafood or any other food, but sometimes it would be nice to let the seafood speak for itself even if it is spiced e.g. Thai flavoured, it would be nice to see it without the batter once in a while. When you entered the competition tent, I had high hopes you might compete. Next time...😝
Lots of countries with really hot weather eat really spice food all the time, so why not do it in a UK heatwave!
