      What kind of pillow would you suggest for stomach sleepers? I know it's not the best sleeping position, just need a good pillow.

      Stupid question: Have you tried turning a normal pillow on it's edge? Works for me better than laying the pillow flat. Medium firm medium thickness pillow in my case for reference. Even if this pillow is better for home, it might be a nice hack for when you're sleeping away from home.

    I always love hearing about good pillows! The My pillow has been my very favorite pillow. A total game changer for the neck aches I used to get. And it also works well with my mask. You buy it, you put it in the dryer to fluff it up... Zzz zzz

    You can also contact your Chiropractor. I did and use one that as a back sleeper keeps your head and neck well supported so you do not roll to the left or right. You can side sleep as it has a v shaped spot in the middle that will accept your air hose without obstruction while supporting your neck.

    I just want to straighten out the info on buckwheat hull pillows. In Japan, where they originated from, they are called 'sobakawa' and have been used for centuries. I'm working on using mine for a century but I'm only up to 25 years and it's as good as new. I think they get a little quieter with age, but the little rustling sound is only when you're moving it around, then it is quiet. I think because mine is well used it has lost the rustling sound when I move it and it's dead quiet. No pun intended 😮 I would say that if you're a CPAP user and sleep on your side, it's the only way to go. Just a thought; your mileage may differ

    So better than a buckwheat hull pillow even? Love those but their 'crunchy' sounds do bother some people. And the hulls do eventually collapse down into dust, although I imagine the foam will degrade too. Thanks for reviewing this. Glad it worked for you.

      I've only tried a buckwheat pillow during wake (my wife). I wasn't impressed that much because I had already been using the PC for a couple weeks.

    You have done it again, CONGRATULATIONS ! Based on your review, I purchased the Sidekick Ice Cube 12" x 12" x 5" and two pillowcases. It is AMAZING. It does stay cool. The 1st night it felt really different, but in a good way. My head felt supported by a cloud and the kink in my back was gone. The hip pain I had been having was lessened. After the 2nd night my hip pain was completely gone and I was still sleeping good. Now , after 4 nights, I do not have morning neck crunchies. My memoryfoam mattress feels like I am evenly supported again and my legs and heels and arms do not lose circulation like before. My hot spots are gone now that my spine is aligned. I no longer use my two old pillows. I never knew a pillow could make that much difference. The Ice Cube cooling really works. I wear an F30 full face mask and hang it over the edge. Sleeping on my back works also. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou Jason.

Although I received it yesterday and used it one night, I’m on the fence as to whether I like it or not but will give it a fair shake as one night is really not a good measure. The dense memory foam seems like the bottom/lower layer of a memory foam mattress, usually the top where you lay is much softer but the base is very dense to support body weight!
    Would you recommend this for someone who has to elevate their back while sleeping?

    • @Freecpapadvice
      @Freecpapadvice  2 роки тому +1

      It's really meant for side sleepers only. You CAN get away with sleeping on your back, but I can only do this with the 5 inch, not the 6 inch.

Have really been having a problem with hoarseness and dry mouth. I saw the wedge the other night and decided to use it, since then I DO NOT SNORE, couldn't believe it. My wife has been keeping track every night and I simply do not snore anymore. Doesn't that mean I no longer have sleep apnea? Thoughts please..
