As a wrestler who JUST started senior year AND is the only girl on the team in my weight class (106, the other two girls are in 126) I REALLY needed this, I feel like I'll win most matches by being smart and not through brute strength or skill level- I do jiu jitsu so I know a few things, but wrestling is a completely different animal. II went through a kind of rabbit hole watching all your videos, and I'm glad I did because I feel like I have learned SO SO much from this!! Thank you!

The first tip I think I picked up by myself just a few days ago. I barely touch my hand to the other guy's head like a post, and his hands almost always go up immediately to clear it.
Another thing I've tried along with that is to instead of trying to directly clear posts myself, I'll try moving my head to the side or under his hand, and sometimes there's just a half-second or two that he spends in the air trying to connect that tie.

Jesus Christ saved my life he can save yours to. No body is perfect we all have sinned fallen short of the glory of God, except Jesus Christ. So he was the perfect sacrifice for the world and he became that sacrifice. So that we can be perfect in God’s eyes all we need to do is. Repent from our sinful wicked ways and surrender our life’s to him. Jesus Christ. Repent meaning acknowledge and forsake your sins. Know you have sinned and know you are not good in God’s eyes. (Until you accept his gift of salvation. You will be seen perfect in his eyes because Jesus Christ paid the price.)Forsake meaning do not sin. im in hs and my new coach TORTURES us with shooting drills and repetitive shooting exercises in practice and ill always thank him for it. even though its hell in the moment, ive taken more shots in my matches so far this year than ive ever taken in my time ive wrestled (7 yrs). defending shots in matches will always tire someone out, no matter how conditioned they are so ive learned to take them over and over, especially in the last periods of matches when my opponents are exhausted. first shot, best shot!

    • @Fella_friend
