    This workout was phenom! Every single move was new and now my upper body is singing... special shout out to the single hand tricep push ups. I love how you get the body to work out and still keep it fun every single day. Keep up the fantastic work, Sydney. Big love!

    SO excited that I did this one right after the last one. At first I was shaking and thought maybe I couldn't finish BUT reminded myself how accomplished and proud I would be if I finished and finished HARD, and well.... I DID :D Might I say, that side tricep pushup has become one of my favourite exercises, it was so hard, yet so fun. Odd, I know ;)

    Boy was this hard or what after the 30 MINUTES one!!!!! Crushed it. Working on my arm and core strength this month and that was perfect. Bodyweight is so hard and so challenging. Thanks Sydney. Did a 20 minute full body stretch after this.

    After the last exercise in the circuit I thought we were heading into a nice child’s pose type situation, but nah we’re just going to hang out at the ouch level of push-up awhile 🤪 This and the other workout combined just killed me in a good way. Thanks!

    I have been working out with you for about a year and the bodyweight arms workout from summertime fine has been my favorite workout. Since then, I have subbed that workout in twice. Can't wait to crush this later today ! After the first arms and abs lol 💪

    Love how I was the last to comment on this one but my WORD came back to this one after today's arm push circuit and I am shocked that I was able to do all that without failing and did even better than a month ago when I first did this one. WOOT! Progress, thank you SO much Sydney!

    Goodness me! Who needs dumbbells to build arm strength and muscle when you have this no equipment workout for arms. This bonus plus work out one was powerful and its crushed!💪🏾

    Love me some bodyweight workouts.I added 3 min of jump rope and 4 of dynamic upper body as warm up. I did this as a stand alone quickie before a hike.
