SO excited that I did this one right after the last one. At first I was shaking and thought maybe I couldn't finish BUT reminded myself how accomplished and proud I would be if I finished and finished HARD, and well.... I DID :D Might I say, that side tricep pushup has become one of my favourite exercises, it was so hard, yet so fun. Odd, I know ;)

After the last exercise in the circuit I thought we were heading into a nice child’s pose type situation, but nah we’re just going to hang out at the ouch level of push-up awhile 🤪 This and the other workout combined just killed me in a good way. Thanks!
I have been working out with you for about a year and the bodyweight arms workout from summertime fine has been my favorite workout. Since then, I have subbed that workout in twice. Can't wait to crush this later today ! After the first arms and abs lol 💪

Goodness me! Who needs dumbbells to build arm strength and muscle when you have this no equipment workout for arms. This bonus plus work out one was powerful and its crushed!💪🏾
