+Itsvulpixbitch Ha! Yeah I almost never wear it straight. Probably because it gets in the way- you don't even want to know the amount of time I've gotten stuck in car doors. The price we pay for long hair haha

I love Mitsuwa! I go there often, I'm glad you enjoyed it! Grocery shopping there is the best. If you're ever back here in early August you should check out their summer festival- it's so fun!

I love how in America you're enchanted by ordinary things because I do the exact same thing! I'm British but my boyfriend is American so when I visit him and I see things I'm in sheer disbelief and awe at everything and he actually gets a little mad that I see things like a yellow school bus and it makes my whole day. Also I refuse to accept that your hair is real it looks like it was drawn by an animator or created by a pastel crazed witch somewhere it's that inhumanly perfect

It's so funny, I bought a Korilakkuma head plush from that store in Mitsuwa last year!
Girl, you just literally went to my favorite place to go to when I get to go home and see my friends and family. Mitsuwa has an amazing food court and such good oni giri. And sometimes there's a special noodle place that only opens part of the year in the food court and the line gets super ridiculously long. Also, my favorite karaoke place is only a few blocks away.

You're so adorable :3 !!! Come to San Diego/ LA, there's so much Japanese and cute stuff ! I live in san diego and there is so many Asian districts, it's only a 20 minute drive at the most away and it's awesome :3 please come visit to convoy in SD or Japan town in LA. They are amazing places to go! Just crazy driving lol
+RooFooChoo I would love to! I've only been to that area once- for San Diego Comic Con two years ago. So unfortunately we stuck to the con area... I would love to go back and just have a relaxing trip, seeing all the great shopping spots!

You should definitely go to the Cat Cafe, Meow Parlor, check out the underground asian mall, Elizabeth center, in Chinatown, and swing by BlueStockings feminist bookstore! I live in NYC and those are some of my favorite places to take visitors.

Too bad ya'll weren't at Mitsuwa's summer festival last month! It's a bit overwhelming because so many people go but there's always SO MUCH FOOD, like all the good savory festival street food, also cute festival games like the yoyo balloons and festival masks and stuff, and then traditional Taiko drums and bon odori dancing and stuff like that. There's also usually some pretty good sales too. Just in case you ever find your way back down during mid-August next year!
If you're still going to be around next week, there's supposed to be another street fair in NYC on the 12th that I hear is going to be pretty good.
+AmaniHiME I actually wanted to go to the summer festival a lot but the timing didn't work out. I've missed it two years in a row! My partner bought me a festival mask each year though, they're very special to me. A My Melody one and a Precure one :D Hopefully next year I can go!
