Argh! Don't remind me about my Ender5 sitting over there that started failing every print! What it did prove to me is that I don't actually need a 3d printer, as I haven't touched it in almost 2 years.
The catch is that it is a Creality product, they release their printers when they are in the beta stage and rely on the community to fix the faults, or in their K series printers keep coming up with revisions of parts until one actually works correctly. With any newly released 3D printer I would advise potential purchasers to wait 3-6 months to enable the community to figure out what is wrong with the printer as there always is a problem somewhere
My tip for 3D printing parts for RC is to try a slightly higher temperature and slower print feed. And when fixing holes print undersize, do not use a drill to make then bigger, use a reamer, because it doesn't stress the material nearly so much and won't snatch into the sides. If you only have a drill, hold the part firmly and spin the drill backwards as you slowly push it into the hole.
Mucha suerte con tu nueva vida RCgirl Una ruptura nunca es agradable y menos de 9 años de relación. El RC es un buen refugio, y darte vueltas con la mtb también. Saludos desde España!!
Hoping better things are on the way for you. As for the 3D printer, I'm still using an original Ender 3 that I have fully upgraded. I've learned so much this way, though it has cost a lot more. I've had it for about 3 - 4 years now, and I still use it all the time for hobby stuff, etc. The feature list VS price point on this model looks pretty great ! As for software, etc. , someone will have more options out very quickly, as this is going to sell well.

New users, please don't fall for the typical Creality. "So cheap, what's the catch" Creality product is the catch. Price looks good then oh my bed is warped out of the box when it's a solid piece of manufactured glass, odd, oh the gantry sags, oh, it needs this mod, oh it needs this, oh do this. Constant tinkering. Nah. If I'm paying for an engineering tool, open box, it better work.
I've had two so far. Ender 5 S1 for about 8 months, and this one for about 2 now. Happy with both 🤷🏼♀️ but I only have experience with Creality so I can't really compare.

Mine has been working great out of the box so far and it's getting a ton of use. Can't speak to support, I don't have experience with that yet, but since this one was from Amazon you can always get support through them
One thing it does prevent is the nozzle digging into and gouging the build plate. Mine looks brand new on this. My Ender 5 S1 build plate has lines all over it where the z was set too low before starting (it doesn't have auto z offset).
RcGirl, thank you first and foremost. This shows that you not only care about your audience but yourself too. With Jesus Christ on your side you can conquer all obstacles in life!
I'm sorry to hear of your current situation. You are a cheerful, radiant nature and I am sure things will get better. I'm an early millennial and in the last few years lots of peers "confessed" that they have issues, negative thoughts, unhealthy habits and so on. Which makes me feel better because I'm in the same boat lol. RC and 3d printsling saved my sanity quite often lol. And I'm even debating whether to buy the KE or bambulab A1. Thanks for this great video 🤗
Thank you. Yeah it's part of life and we are very good at hiding behind the "glossy" stuff we share on social media. I've also been eyeing the Bamboo lab printers. Have heard great things and people in the RC hobby seem to really like them.
I'm at a point where I say "screw it, I'll wait". Seems like this new generation of high speed printers started a huge flood of new models every few weeks. And then they are sold out, haha. And I hope Hayley didn't regret opening up to us. From experience, I know that letting your guard down every now and then can be relieving 😊
We all hide things and we should not, let’s put our life’s out there so we can help people in the same situations, we all need help so don’t be afraid of asking for it ❤
This presentation is probably the best demonstration of this model that I've seen. It "put me in the driver's seat" about assembly and operation as well as possible short of actually having the unit. I probably will be ordering one by mid May. I've been on and off using a tiny original Ender (150mm x 150mm) for years; the cheapest way in 2017 to see if 3D printing is a thing for me.
Me and my daughter love your channel and you are 💯 awesome, take care of yourself first and everything else second, We will be waiting, and I'm sure all other viewers will be waiting also if you need some time!!! 👍👍💪
I purchased my Ender 3 KE about 3 months ago. Has worked great for me. I have had some beautiful prints from this. My only down side is that the company is based out of China. Their support is in China. Communication with support is via e-mail on China time, which means they reply around 2:30AM Eastern Time. Should you need parts, they will need to be shipped from China. I started getting a key:2094 unknown error which is being caused by the auto leveler. I have been down for a couple weeks now and will remain down until the part arrives 2 weeks from now. Don't get me wrong, this has been a fantastic printer but support is also a factor.
Thank you for normalising therapy! It’s a basic human need to have good mental health. Thank you also for this great review, I’m about to order the KE as an upgrade from V2 Neo and I can’t wait for the slick prints and faster speeds! I haven’t seen anyone else show the set up, thank you for doing that. I’m so excited for full auto bed levelling and auto Z-height, that will save so many headaches! Some of your RC accessories don’t even look 3D printed. Love the video, thank you.
I don't think you'll have any problems finding someone else when you're ready. Enjoy this new adventure in your life. As far as 3D printing in concerned, I've been printing for about ten years and am still using my first 3D printer, a Creality Ender 3, first generation. I've made a few modifications to it since then but even from new it printed great with the only issue being a failed filament feeder due to it being made of plastic. Even though, it took a year before it broke. I now have 8 printers (FDM and resin) in addition to the Ender. I'm also a long time RCer and make lots of stuff for my crawlers and boats. I also made a much needed accessory for my Vitamix. Lol. Enjoy life.
Hi RC Girl, First time watcher here and fairly new to 3D printing (though I have been researching it for years). The KE is my first printer and while my experience is similar to yours, everyone has different quirks (I think yours is a later batch and has the least of those so far). My auto bed level works fine in the centre of the bed (with a minor lowering of the Z-offset), but on the edges it is out too far and sometimes my print fails if I use the whole bed or fill it to the edge with copies. I will probably need to use spacers and tape to get it right. A few pointers: 1 . I noticed that when you were on Creality Print, you had the setting of 100% infill density. But if you looked at the g-code breakdown in Preview, there was zero allocation to infill. This is due to the bizarre way that Creality treats infill. You are better off setting it to something like 30 but then pretend you didn't set it all. This is because to adjust the infill amount, you have to go to the setting below, infill distance. In order to increase the infill you make this setting lower and vice versa. It's right in Creality's Wiki, but it's completely non-intuitive. This is why I advise abandoning Creality Print and instead use Orca Slicer. It's a derivative of Prusa/Bambu. It has a lot of good presets, you can use wireless printing (though it's not perfectly integrated) and the support and infill settings are much easier to work with. 2. This leads to my 2nd point. You can use wireless printing without Creality Print, it's just one extra step. There is a webpage GUI that you can access through any browser (including mobile phone) by just typing in the IP address that your printer has been assigned via DHCP. To get from your slicer to the point of using the web gui, you just need to export the g-code. Then you go to the web gui, press import in the window with the list of files on your printer, then you can select that file and choose print. This is a touch buggy though, so sometimes you still have to go to your touchscreen and select the print from there. It works 8/10 times though and you shouldn't be too far away from your printer when starting a print anyways. 3. Orca Slicer actually has a tab for the web gui that you can use as soon as you've registered your IP with the software. So IMHO, it is currently the best slicer to use with the KE. 4. You can root the KE either with Creality's latest firmware or destinal of D3vil Design's patch. Then you can use the wireless print option from any slicer that works with Klipper. You can also change the config file from here, install Mainsail, Fluid, Kamp, KlipperScreen, Moonraker, Guppyscreen, etc. GuppyScreen works in landscape on the KE touchscreen (Nebula Pad) and has a lot more options than Creality's default interface. Happy Printing!
Not sure what slicer you're using but start learning Orca Slicer (its free and open source). I've been using Cura since getting my first printer 2 years ago. Just learned about Orca and there is so much you can do in the slicer for RC. Like taking 2 different model and mashing them together, adding more shapes, filiment profiles. Yes Cura has some of the features but I find Orca so much more intuitive...plus if you move away from Creality, it supports a ton of different printers.
Thank you for making this video. I just got an E3 V3 KE and it is my first 3D printer. You answered all the questions i had and taught me a lot i didn't know i needed to know. Thank you for the information about better help. I currently go to mental health myself and bring into FPV and 3D printing it keeps me happier in life when everything else seems to bring me down. But good therapy is what I do love going to and taking out my feelings. Thank you for this video you got my sub. I look forward to seeing more of what you have to offer. RC & FPV 4 LIFE
You have a large community here but it is hard to find even one person to trust. Vulnerability has consequences. Be careful. Now, as usual, really appreciate your videos.
Talking about your mental health really helps you get things off your chest and realize you're not alone. As someone who has constantly gone through dramatic life changes their whole life.... it took me years and I waited to the point where I'd had completely broken down and my health deteriorated dramatically to get help. I wished I would have gotten it sooner but I'm a bit hard headed. 😅 But I saved my most of my hair from falling off lmao! Keep your head up... Things will get better... Time heals all wounds.

I’ve watched and what a great primer! I know nothing about 3D printing but definitely want to get into it soon.
With any newly released 3D printer I would advise potential purchasers to wait 3-6 months to enable the community to figure out what is wrong with the printer as there always is a problem somewhere
is there a way to print colorful objects using different filament colors with this printer?
Thats a huge commitment. You'll be ok with time, stay strong fall in love with a new beginning ❤
Yes. and keep drafts off the printer.
Mucha suerte con tu nueva vida RCgirl
Una ruptura nunca es agradable y menos de 9 años de relación.
Sorry to hear that but i did it after 19 years and its hard but any bad situation we go through we come out the other end of it a stronger wiser person. You hot this girl i been a fan of the channel a long time now not to many beautiful ladies doing rc so caught my attention and im glad it did your channel is great and super informative so thank you for all you do
Thanks for being real! We will be praying for you and trusting that you will have brighter days ahead!! All the best on your move and may you find peace and joy in the transition!!💝😇🙏
Thank You for Sharing this with Me as I've been looking at 3d printer's for a while but am skeptical of the quality of prints and choosing the right filament for the projects that I'm wanting to create, I've bought a few different things from others that wasn't so good as separation happened and the CA glue had to come into play 🤪 I've been trying to compare some different brands and types but some aren't meant for the budget friendly Hobbiest 😜😁

I'm winning, and I don't intend on losing again!
Thanks Hayley, this looks very cool. Life always has ups and downs, wishing good things for you moving forward. Your fans support you. And if you happen to scratch anything, well that okay with me! LOL!😁
Great video and walkthrough ! Thank you for doing this. I think I might just take the plunge and try this as my first 3d Printer. I noticed that you hadn't pushed for a subscribe, and along with your honestly and integrity, I think you deserve it. So, I am now subscribed to your channel. Cheers .
Retraction looks good, my ender 3 v1 couldn't print clean benchy like that
Rc girl you are amazing. Love your show thanks and keep it up. From Jacksonville Florida.
I’m just a new subscriber of yours and I think you’ve got an awesome channel connecting and thank you for helping people all over the world, as I’m in Australia. I’m so sorry to hear about your few personal problems with leaving your longtime relationship. Life works in a unusual way, you think your happy and going to spend the rest of your life with them and you blink your eyes and it’s over but you’re extremely gorgeous, got a very friendly, bubbly personality, very intelligent and your super sweet, so you’re going to meet someone very easily and make them a very gorgeous wife again if you decide to go that way again in the future. They will be all lined up all around the block from you home, just waiting to get to know you, as if I lived in your town or City, I’d be first in line. lol 😂 But you would have so many to choose from, you would look straight past me… lol 😂
So keep smiling gorgeous girl! 😇
If you want a Pen Pal just drop me a line to say hello.
So take care and Be safe,.

Not even close. The Qidi X-Smart is only $299 and blows the doors of any bed slinger, + it's enclosed.
All the best for your future endeavors, hope everything works out well. Marriage #3 going on 10 years now. When it ain't right, it ain't. Sucks but blue skies ahead, I hope.
About the 3d printer, I read alot of problems online, have you had any with yours ?
Extrem Ghosting and strong Z-Wobble. Not a printer someone should buy in 2024 😂For 299,-$ a Bambu Lab A1 mini is the much better choice...
Seriously Creality is not a manufacturer I'd recommend. So many better options out there. The Kobra 2 Pro is by far the best bang for your buck...this must be a paid promo
You are very strong. Just putting it out there is very hard and scary. I too am suffering from depression for many years now. I don’t know if I’ll ever be like I was. I do love my RC cars and trucks and they help me through each day. You said that you’re leaving your state. Well I hope you’re coming to Oklahoma and if you are close by maybe we could RC together. lol that might make my wife worry but I’m harmless. Please stay strong and RC on.
Guessing KE is in a competition with AtomStack Cambrian. Interesting shocked with TPU. Does KE work well with TPR? So awesome see this one
Your a great person, I've been watching you for awhile now. I've been there also. I left a marriage of 10yrs. Positive Support and if your a Christian , the Lord does love u and will heal u if you lean on him. Your a beautiful person in and out . Very knowledgeable and seem to be very cheerful. Keep moving forward and set new goals to keep u busy. Very good and informative video. Tons of help. Thank you and God bless you!
Temps were too high. 200 for the print head and 65 for the bed produces the best results with PLA!
You are strong! And you will always be! That's your blueprint! Don't worry about! Time will solve everything! God bless you!🤗
You took the words from my mouth Jeffery Scales ❤ by the way RC I just found you're channel I will be tuning in and spreading you're channel link I'm interested in some how getting ender for making my medical supplies for my back and neck seeing it print in the beginning of the video has my autism going nutty with ideas 💡
If anyone has any ideas how to get one free I'm not allowed to buy things online please let me know it would be appreciated ❤
Something confuse me. Why did you buy Ender V3 KE since you already have such a nice printer like Ender 5 S1. It seems more logical vice versa to me.
I have two RC cars similar to what you have the name brand is axel and it's funny it's got a sticker on the back window which says Currie enterprises and I had work there a short time making $10 an hour and that's why I left it wasn't worth it
You are just an awesome and interesting person. Love your work. Talented, smart AND pretty. Ya got the whole package.
Thank you so much for being vulnerable. This may help more than you’ll ever know.
The bible isn’t a bad idea too. 😊
Now... I know what to use my gopro 10 black for HAHAHA 💥💥💥
Well done video. Very interesting for a guy with zero 3D printing knowledge. Good luck on your future.
I find it harder and harder recommending a single filament printer, unless it is very high speed.
Nice printer review. Good job. But ill get mental suport in the after life when i wake up in the Ilesian fields 😎
love your content from nz, picked up one of these and it works perfect and Im tempted to try print a chassis or to just for fun 😂😂
Great printer but Creality Print Software, not so much. Too many bugs.
Hi, may I know the height of the nice vase u printed? Thanks
Cr10-se is 289 microcenter. I believe it is better than this for the price
Sweet!...Grazi🤙💯...Thx For Keeping It Real...
Are the fans: Hard to sleep in the same room loud, or annoy your upstairs neighbor in an apartment loud?
If i sell my Ender-3 i will by the ke
Nice video 👍🏻🇨🇾
Dang, I hope everything works out. Good luck and God bless.
The scraper tool you showed, is that metal or plastic blade?
well i would not call 330 euros cheap but well who am i to judge people
Hij valt mij erg tegen mijn oude anet a8 van 8 jaar oud met verbouwd frame is veel stabieler en maakt zeker mooiere prints dan creality ke
Can you draw pictures of people?
For an extra 100$ just get the Bambu a1
New users, please don't fall for the typical Creality.
Thanks for being so brave to talk about yourself.
What software should I use to design my prints? For mac preferably and that's free lol.
@@lmaojasey921 from a source who knows more than me on this: Fusion 360 is pretty ok on Mac. A lot of great web based ones like onshape and tinker cad depending on how complex you want to get with your design
Did you use the ender 3 v3 se in cura, since the ke is not an option?
Sorry to hear of your situation, and hopefully you will move on and find happiness again, thanks for your channel and content, really appreciated!
thank you!! kind of scary to share with strangers on the internet but that's life!
I hope you the best, i know, in recent times, this crummy state hasn't been the best lately because of it's government, me & my family are wanting out too, hopefully happens soon-ish. 🙏🏻 Regardless, am sorry girl, for your breakup, hopefully someone else will come across your path, Lord willing, i've been hoping for that too, believe me. Whatever happens, God will help you stay strong, no matter what other state you choose to move to, hopefully a better state. 🤔 Like i mentioned before, hoping for the very best of you, may God be with you, always! 🙏🏻
God Bless~
Being older (55). I have found that we try to hold on. BUT we walk away from the bad and that is for the good! Don’t try to make it make sense, just know you changed for the better tomorrow and tomorrow is today’s yesterday!
❤ 😊
I have watched a ton of your awesome content but have never commented. I wanted to say i really appreciate you being vulnerable. Im impressed. Keep up the great RC content and good luck.
thanks for your kind message! ❤
I love mine. It's so fast, wireless, and easy to use.
Nice printer. Thanks for the good advice. Hope you do well. Vulnerability is sometimes mistaken for weakness. You are displaying bravery. Walking away is hard. Not looking back is harder. Be strong. ❤BTW, you're totally rocking that hair.
What filament did you use on the vase? En where did you get the model from? Thanks for the review!
@@ArjanHIv this is the multi color filament (it was on the green segment when the vase printed): amzn.to/3SlY8mc

Forget therapy, Come visit us in sunny Scotland! Natural therapy!
"BetterHelp" dislike and moved on.
The catch is that they are badly made from cheap components, have many design flaws and the support is awful.
Mine has been working great out of the box so far and it's getting a ton of use. Can't speak to support, I don't have experience with that yet, but since this one was from Amazon you can always get support through them
Nm. I should have just listened longer lol
Auto Z-offset is nothing you really need. Very often it hides problems with loosening nozzles.
I'm Ron formally known as ToDope Rc
I have an A1 already and a KE is arriving Monday. I'm curious to see how they compare! The Bambu products are super polished.
It is funny a few years ago, I had never heard of 3D printing, now I can not live without it.
Lol. Enjoy life.
Hi RC Girl,
First time watcher here and fairly new to 3D printing (though I have been researching it for years).
A few pointers:
Happy Printing!
print houses thers not many carpenters left
Not sure what slicer you're using but start learning Orca Slicer (its free and open source). I've been using Cura since getting my first printer 2 years ago. Just learned about Orca and there is so much you can do in the slicer for RC. Like taking 2 different model and mashing them together, adding more shapes, filiment profiles. Yes Cura has some of the features but I find Orca so much more intuitive...plus if you move away from Creality, it supports a ton of different printers.
Can you do a regular model car kit black out of a box that you would get out of the store right a revel box kit
Not exactly a revel kit but if you search the internet you will find lots of car model Stl files to print.
Thank you for making this video. I just got an E3 V3 KE and it is my first 3D printer. You answered all the questions i had and taught me a lot i didn't know i needed to know. I recently got out of an 8 year relationship too. IT SUCKED! If i could make a video to help you i would do that. I would probably have to watch another video to learn how to make a video though. :) Thanks again!
Been fro hell my self, but I have to live with a scare on my face from my abusive ex. Never going in another relationship again. Single for 2 years now and I am happy. And keeping it that way 💯!
hello RC girl, great video on the 3D printer, sorry your having a hard time with life. i under how going though stuff can be hard, i am veteran with PTSD it can be a fight every day to stay positive and exist. RC has been a god send to me over the years. Thanks again for sharing about your troubles. I know your strong and will land on your feet. When one door closes another one will open. hang tough.
So sorry to hear the news. I have been there myself …. Mine left after 24yrs of marriage. But, God blessed me even bigger several years later far greater than I could imagine. Keep moving forward and love the channel. God bless ma’am.
I just got into 3D printing a few months ago and already have two printers. I consider myself a professional now 😂. I'm not really a professional. But i am loving the 3d printing. Endless possibilities
Take the time you need to heal, take care,
Thank you for the information about better help.
