That lincoln is very cool. I am over on the east side and have a friend that takes care of 2 of these cars. They are very cool. I hope to get some videos of them.
Subaru to Toyota to Continental convert, does it all and does it for less? Even if you find a guard probably need plating anyway. I just put parts in the Chehalis chrome shop lucky to get them back in June and not cheap. Art Brass has been sending car parts there too. I was told after I sent my parts the B.C. plating shop is half the cost. Did not confirm, did not want to know.
A car is a car...I have some friends that I've been working on their daily drivers for 20 years... even though I "don't work on new cars" I will on a case by case basis.
The engine in the car is a flathead eight. Not sure if the V-12 has been replaced, or maybe since it's a Canadian car it may have come from the factory that way? Anyway, Matt has a V-12 flathead sitting on a pallet in the shop.
Great shop update! It's good to walk us viewers around and share the behind-the-scenes stuff! Go Seattle Speed Shop, keep moving forward!
Thanks!
Merch! Take my money! You're one of the best channels out there.
Working on it! Thanks!

Look into frenchfry oil. I strain and burn that in mine also. The pub next door and I are in good.
I guess I hadn't thought about that for the heater. I used to run my old diesel Mercedes on fry oil. Been many years.
Great progress. You should of done a shop progress video of the week anyway. Few shots during the week. Matt at Irontrap does em and they're great.
I may give that a try! Thanks!
@Seattle_Speed_Shop don't be scared to have you/the shop be the star also. It's a lifestyle bud.
Very slick repair. I’m pretty sure it’s a V12.
Car currently has a v8 installed. Getting a v12 rebuilt and installed next year.
Hey, didn't Matt at Iron Trap recently get a Lincoln at an estate sale? Maybe bumper guard?
He shows 3 Lincoln bumper guards at 10:30 in video: Unloading a TON of Lincoln and Ford flathead parts

Guess I picked the wrong day to stay home with a corned beef....
We moved stuff most of the day.. I would have preferred to stay home with the food. Ha!
😅is that a V 12 flathead?
