- Bad news and a lot of good news for the Ashes of Creation march dev update. Bad news. alpha 2 wont be until next year. good news everything else. intrepid and the team dove into a open world dungeon called the tower of carphen and showed off some of the infected lands. they also talked about story arcs and how they act like a DND GAME module.
Did you change Zelda's outfit and weappn? 🤔

@@HumanArtifact71 exactly. She is the brand of your channel. Even if Ashes came out tomorrow, I would expect to see Zelda running around random cities jumping off buildings and stuff while you talk about your thoughts

Late this year or early next year is what I would have expected I hope they can stick to it.
So I enjoyed the update. I am dissapointed with the timeliness of A2. I thought it'd be closer because Steven said in the December livestream they were going to start internal testing in the next few months then start moving up and do spot testing then have A1 people then go full on A2. When you factor in that time that would make A2 release in roughly August-October. But with this new information it goes from August-October of this year to August-October of next year which is way longer than I was expecting.
I do agree though. If Intrepid takes too long I do think it'll hurt Ashes. But if they rush it and it isn't prepared it'll also hurt Ashes. They are kind of in a rough spot when it comes to their timeline
I am really disappointed with Narc. He has a lot of talent, but he is arrogant and dismissive of others. He might think that makes him cool, but it makes him a hypocrite. He claims to invite discussion, then jubilantly insults those he disagrees with.
