actually, several non-dabuz Rosa’s have top 8ed a major - Kirihara made 5th in Ultimate Fighting Arena 2019, Kirihara made 4th in Umebura SP 5 and 7th in EGS Cup 3, and Yuzu got 7th in Seibugeki #12. Though, most of these placements were before 2020, except for yuzu’s, so still a great showing for YamaD
A bit of a suggestion for future videos of similar formats, but each set's score shows the final set count of players, meaning we know who has won the tourney when they show up. It may help to cover that part of the startgg page to keep the format from having spoilers. Still love these videos!
Amazing coverage 👏.Even thouh i prefer this format PLEASE rister don't burn out yourself again trying to put out videos as soon as a tournament is over
So many of these players are so cool I’m sorry, especially Level 1 who I guess is now the most successful player of any of the Links and RON who is just that guy, and I would love to see Raru go and terrorise NA
I don't think Miya's second place is in danger even with his two bad placment this season, considering that he has the most Major wins at of any player and is tied for second for most P tier. The main reson I believe this to be the case, is because all players who have won majors (heck tournaments that count for ranking in general) with the solo exception of acola (although you could arge 3rd place is bad for his standards) have not have bad placements.
The threat here is Sonix who, despite never winning a major, was the only player to make Grand Finals at every tournament they entered. It all comes down to how heavily the algorithm favors peaks versus consistency, as well as how it adjusts for disparities in attendance. If Sonix had won S Factor 11, he almost certainly would have taken the #2 spot from Miya, but right now it's a toss-up.
@@cullenhutchison6528 Sonix over Miya would be very weird since Miya has seven majors he has won and Sonix has four second places that alone means that Miya has gotten to grand finals more times than Sonix. Apparently KOWLOON #9 with Sumabato became a P at some point meaning Miya now has 2 P tier. Even if we take consistency over highs Miya's none none first or second places are 17th at Genesis, 7th at Cirque, 9 at Sumabato Sp 47 & 13th qt Sumabato SP 49, so while he has had bad lows they aren't Sparg0 bad.

Bumping this so it’s hopefully seen
fairly certain that is just the player's set count at the time that set ended. But I'll cover it up in the next one just in case.
@@RisterMiceJust checked, Raru was 8-2 after both Semis and Grands, Doramigo 9-0 after Semis and Grands too
4:30 Easily forgotten, but Homika did Top 8 back to UFA 2019!
Amazing coverage 👏.Even thouh i prefer this format PLEASE rister don't burn out yourself again trying to put out videos as soon as a tournament is over
RisterMice, Homika got top 8 at UFA 2019. Whether or not you believe that to be a major is up to you.
Doramigi first major win. I hope this is the first of many more
I loved the music alongside with editing in this one!! So good 👌👌👌
I like how he changes the soundtrack every video. It’s gone from persona 5 to fire emblem three houses and now breath of the wild
He generally cycles through the same soundtracks, which includes these three, a Hat in Time, and one other game
Rister must've polped the fuck off when Doramigi won. He's been waiting for a Doramigi win for a while
Doramigi is the only Min-Min player I'm a fan of. Seeing him win a major made me so happy
Comment and like the video for the algorithm.
DORAMIGI IS 14?!?!
The 2 JP majors weren’t at the exact same time. sssr (the ROB) entered both
And thank you sir

Of course Rister was covering this.
If I say Ron is the Japanese Ddee, does it make sense?
