The Video looks like The Kings Division Regiments, would that be correct??
@@simposayerman Hi Paul, Very sad to see how the Armed Forces have become. Some great Regiments there that I worked beside in Ulster and on Beating Retreats. I remember doing a big Beating Retreat in Cardiff Castle, beside the RRW and the RWF about 1990 or so. I was still a sprog then! 😁 Take care mate, Ian Ich Dien, Faugh a Ballagh!
Couldn't agree more I joined the reserves 2 1/2 years ago left now for I couldn't continue due to work but the joining process was a balls tons of phone calls and online forms taking nearly a month to get an interview then even had to do even more paperwork and all before and after the doing the medical cognitive and fitness tests. Kinda regret leaving early because not long after leaving I found a job with better hours and I don't want to go through the hassle of it all again
For a more realistic advert , they should of shown the recruit how to pick up rubbish ( trash ) on area cleaning. Also room and block jobs plus show and staff parades . Then that would be too true I suppose!!
Instead of advert take young men from 15-30 make them do service and make it mandatory, i wanna go in instead of army calling a terrorist, I wanna join to discipline, and to become a better me not just be of being patriotic
No, cause then our ranks will be filled with people who don't want to be there. That's what makes a second rate army. If you really want to join a professional armed forces, you've gotta get stuck in and do the work.
I like the little details such as his beret looking like a helicopter landing pad at the start then getting more shaped and squared away later on
Now this is a recruitment video, not that Emma and her two mums bullshit. Real soldiers do their duty to their country and to their families.
Incorrect "real soldier" kiss the arse of a dead British empire.
🤣🌈

wrong countries advert mate
These are the ads that made want to join the army. Not halting a patrol for prayers, or talking about feelings.
Every cap badge on that Passing Out Parade doesn’t now due to cut-backs!
