- In a diet aimed at promoting bone health, there are four essential nutrients to include: calcium, which is vital for bone structure; vitamin D, which aids calcium absorption; magnesium, crucial for regulating calcium levels; and vitamin K, supporting bone mineralization. These nutrients help strengthen bones and reduce the risk of fractures. On the other hand, there are three key elements to avoid or limit: sodium, as excess salt can lead to calcium loss; caffeine, which can interfere with calcium absorption; and alcohol, as it can negatively impact bone health when consumed excessively.

Just discovered you, subscribed and now greedily bingeing. I've watched your videoabout nerve impingement in neck and I appreciate the exercises. Would you please doi a video explaining Thoracic Outlet and demonstrating exercuses? My physiotherapist says I have a classic case. The pain in my shoulder, arn, collarbone, minor pecs etc is the worst pain I've ever experienced and I already have kidney damage from NSAIDS. The pain wakes me up every half hour. I also have moderate arthritis in that shoulder, and occipital migraines.
Also, can you recommend a specialist in Winnoeg? Many thanks and Happy New Year.
Thank you.😊 Please share this video with your friends.
