I love eggs. Each egg is unique and perfect. Some take longer to cook. Some shorter. My coworker brought me eggs from their quails but they were so fragile most didn’t make it the drive over. I got two good tiny little eggs and a bunch of goo. It made me laugh so hard to look at the goo I dropped the bowl. Then I just had a bowl of goo which was even funnier to me. I guess some eggs are easier to crack and others you really gotta work for it. One of my friends had bought a pink chick in the Philippines but it grew up and its eggs were brown. Still were yummy, just not as glamorous as I had imagined. My neighbors have chickens which hang out in our yard a lot and i like to chase them around. And sometimes they give us eggs all different colors and sizes. I wonder how they get eggs so white at the supermarket. Apparently the ones you can buy in store are pasteurized typically. Interesting!!!
